Customer service is very responsive and cordial. We're still working on setting up the app and getting everything ready for our clients, but so far so good!

L'application est pratique et permet de faire plusieurs choses différentes. Le support est réactif et à l'écoute. Nous ne l'avons pas encore testé en prod afin de savoir si la conversion fonctionne vraiment.

Very intuitive app, easy to use with great basic features on the Free Forever Tier. Most importantly the support is excellent, Daisy is a really patient and helpful support. Would recommend trying this app out!

The support is amazing!! I used the live chat and I received a response in under 30 seconds from "Daisy" She was wonderfully helpful, and walked me through every step I needed to get to the place I wanted to be in the app. She also gave me some great advice to help me with promoting the BON Loyalty Rewards app so that all my customers could take part in the benefits of earning points!! Great app! I would highly recommend! It gives us the ability to give back to our amazing customers!!

Just downloaded BON Loyalty to replace the previous reward program that my company was using. I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! The plug-in is easy to use and the dashboard are fantastic. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service I received from Genie. Great app and easy to setup for a simple points and referal system for your store. Genie from the support team also was very responsive to solve customization issues.

Excellent customer service with fast response! I was assigned to an agent named Cara and she was ever so helpful and patient in showing me how the app works for first-timers like me. When setting up and editing the activities/rewards, there are a few glitches here and there. But still, the app itself is not bad. You can set up and customise it to the ways you wanted. Would recommend!

Absolutely amazing app to use. Super easy, fun and simple for first timers like me. I was able to set it up and customize it to my liking. Best app for loyalty program! But I hope one day it could be come out the function for user to change the earn points rule more flexiable. And BEST customer service ever for all the shopify apps I have used so far!

Bon were really helpful in smoothing the transition from another loyalty app that we had been using. Their chat/support system was very consistent and fast over the 2 days of our transition.
