We have been using BTA since 2019 and it has been meeting our needs for appointments, classes, and events. When we need help with a technical issue, the support time always prompt and helpful.

I initially found the app a little confusing to operate, but they have very helpful instructions that I was able to easily follow. Additionally, their support team has been very helpful (honestly more helpful than I have ever found a support team before).

So far this app is doing everything we want it to be doing. We are using it now for equipment rentals both off site and on site. We use it for scheduling and posting our group classes and we are just starting to use it for private lessons. Support has been helpful. When I get stuck setting something up they have helped within an hour even on weekends. Very happy with this and plan on implementing even more capabilities (such as waiver documents for some rentals).

Wow die App kann so alles abbilden was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Leicht auf zu setzen mit top Anleitungen und Dokumentationen. Das beste ist aber der Support vom Team selber, hilft einen sehr schnell weiter. Top

Just Fabulous. It works so well for us to get students to book courses online with no administration intervention. Allows multiple payment options to work seamlessly with the booking. Took a little while to iron out some display options, but now it's how we like it. Great support too. Great App, get it if you need to sell courses and book online.

Using this app to book private groups as well as classes for a yoga studio. Top notch support. Saved me hours and we ended up with exactly what we wanted.

We were having difficulty with the booking app, but it really boiled down to user error. We connected with Rob B. via their online support and he was able to help us fix everything. Very patient and communicated very clear in terms of how to use certain fields. He also helped us by updating our widget - which really made a difference, and we feel will add to a positive user experience. Thanks Rob!

We use this app to set up a reservation system for a clothing shop. Great service and quick response! Every time we need help with setting up the widget or configurations, they are always there to fix problems for us. Also, thank you, Albert, for the fast responses!

I used this app for classes and courses booking. However the performance of the app is so slow. Page loading is very slow and takes minutes before a complete a page is loaded. Have reported this but we were repeatedly told it due to some kind of network issue on our side. But, we have no issue loading any other apps or pages.

BookThatApp exceeds these standards so we're sorry to hear of your store's performance issues. Please reach out to us and raise a support ticket if you would like us to investigate your specific store. We're seeing reasonable response times when we test your specific store (https://www.webpagetest.org/result/220913_BiDcQC_55Z/1/details/) and note that there are third party javascripts that are slowing your site down. This was also identified to you in previous support tickets. We find that reaching out to an app partner for support as opposed to writing a negative review leads to better outcomes for all parties. We plan to use this app to book studio classes and we have had nothing but a great experience with the customer service team any time we have questions. Rob is the MAN! Very on top of his work. Stand by the app so far, simply on the fact that it is so EASY to use and EASY to ask questions.
