We added this to our site and are excited to have the ease of use with rental bikes, skis, and more. Their technical support was excellent to dial in our product pages too. Well worth the $25.

We like to refer to this app as Bookify ( sorry eh ) - it makes booking our client experiences easy to use on both ends and when we are stuck with a config error the response is quick, friendly and on point.

Very powerful software that can be used in a lot of different ways. We used it to create a table reservation system and also events. A big thanks to the customer service team who were great about helping us getting it setup

This app was essential to our organization. It does take a lot of learning and initial system setup, but their help desk is very responsive.

The customer services is superior. I was having a really hard time with some settings and the team went in and update my code for me. They even went in and fixed other items that I did not even know I had issues with. They really go up above and beyond to make sure the features work properly. I highly suggest using BookThatApp!

We use this app to allow customers to schedule zoom meetings with consultants. it's worked really well for us so far! Any minor issues we've had have been resolved quickly and the customer service has been fantastic (shout out to Rob on the CS team!).

We have been using this app now since 2020 and only have good things to say. For the price, this is the best booking calendar out there! Main emphasis is on their STELLAR support team that I have never waited more than 8 hours for a resolution from. Lots of customizable options, and the team will work with your for what you need on your site.

Functionality really serves every purpose you can imagine. There are hundreds of ways to customize and I have to put emphasize on the support(!). You get answers in less than 12 hours and the employees are dedicated to solve your problems. Really astonished about that service-level! :-)

It's working great so far - I am on a trial plan and find that the app works for the rental service offered. The customer support is also prompt and professional - I would definitely recommend.

This app is fantastic and helps us with all of our booking needs. The functionality it provides is robust and there's lots of flexibility - they really understand the needs of rental/booking businesses and do a terrific job of accommodating a wide variety of use cases. Rob and the team at BTA were extremely helpful and responded SUPER quickly. They helped me solve my niche issues and I always felt confident. Highly recommend +++

We especially enjoy the calendar view and find it very easy to use. BTA support has helped us resolve issues with access and calendar functions. create a ticket and actually get help with your issue in a reasonable amount of time. Nice!

This is the absolute best Shopify plug in for booking appointments! We have tried all the booking apps and the others all had deal breaking glitches, bad operation, or just a bad set of info shown to the customer creating constant confusion and babysitting. BookThatApp, is babysitting free. Fully automatic client cancellation and refunds. The customer facing information from this APP is fantastic and easy to customize. There are some parts where you may want to edit code, but not to worry, BookThatApp has easy to follow help to keep you moving forward without support tickets. If I ever did have a question, support was right on it and solved the issue within a day. Of course, external booking services may be more feature rich e and appealing for some, but having the money and the customer data all in one place is GOLD! Now we can keep track of our customer's visits in addition to their purchase history all there in one place. This also makes for a seamless marketing campaign. Thank you Zetya for making booking work within Shopify. With the every changing parameters of Shopify, I know that isn't easy. Thanks for the work!

Terrible - Ever since the 2 factor authentication there is a constant problem logging in. If you don't mind changing your password for every login it's not a problem but I find it very frustrating

I used this app to book pottery wheel experiences / instruction for our Shopify store. I feel like the interaction with this app will be a game changer for our events. I especially appreciated the help desk support. Very fast turn around from professionals that were kind and polite. (wow when does that happen any more)... We highly recommend this app and the support that comes with it:)

I used this app for more than a year, it definitely meets my store needs. There are not so many apps to allow certain functionality especially for renting products. The team has been fully supportive so far! Thank you guys!
