We were having difficulty with the booking app, but it really boiled down to user error. We connected with Rob B. via their online support and he was able to help us fix everything. Very patient and communicated very clear in terms of how to use certain fields. He also helped us by updating our widget - which really made a difference, and we feel will add to a positive user experience. Thanks Rob!
We use this app to set up a reservation system for a clothing shop. Great service and quick response! Every time we need help with setting up the widget or configurations, they are always there to fix problems for us. Also, thank you, Albert, for the fast responses!
I used this app for classes and courses booking. However the performance of the app is so slow. Page loading is very slow and takes minutes before a complete a page is loaded. Have reported this but we were repeatedly told it due to some kind of network issue on our side. But, we have no issue loading any other apps or pages.

BookThatApp exceeds these standards so we're sorry to hear of your store's performance issues. Please reach out to us and raise a support ticket if you would like us to investigate your specific store. We're seeing reasonable response times when we test your specific store (https://www.webpagetest.org/result/220913_BiDcQC_55Z/1/details/) and note that there are third party javascripts that are slowing your site down. This was also identified to you in previous support tickets. We find that reaching out to an app partner for support as opposed to writing a negative review leads to better outcomes for all parties. AMAZING!! Customer support made the transition to a new theme stress-free!! I have been using BTA for over two years, and it has worked great for scheduling and notifying my customers. Today I took a new Shopify to active and had a few minor issues I couldn't figure out. Rob B. was on it! He had both issues fixed in seconds and my site is looking and performing perfectly!

We were using this app to run bookings for our high end rental property. I didn't think it would be difficult. It's stopped working twice, costing us thousands. Shopify needs better app implementation. This is a pain-in-the-ass.

This occurred due to a change you made in your store on May 31st. We can see that this configuration issue has now been corrected and the app is working as expected. Very powerful app. It is by far the most customisable app I have come across, once you get used to it. The support team is very helpful and respond quickly. Seems difficult to make styling changes to the dawn theme when it comes to placing widgets next to products, however, I maybe just unaware of the proper actions to take. Highly recommend this app. Thanks team!
Great support through chat. Within 15 minutes we resolved all the issues we have except one that needed a developer to help. However even with that one, the customer support provided guidance as to where to fix the issue.

This app os PERFECT for my online group and private zoom classes! The integration of booking and zoom links is exactly what I was looking for and fits my site theme beautifully. AND THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS AMAZING: so fast, responsive and attentive…100% GO FOR IT! Contorture.org
We use this app to organize glass blowing classes and courses. The interface for creating the classes is intuitive. Sometimes it can get confusing having both Shopify and BookThat involved, for eg when someone cancels their registration on Shopify we have to manually delete the participant on BookThat. Great support by chat though!

We did want to clarify that when you cancel an order in Shopify, the corresponding booking in BookThatApp is automatically deleted.
