We used this app to set up bookings for a pop up campsite. We paid for the installation which I thought was very reasonably priced for an excellent service and well worth the money for an inexperienced user like me. we had a couple of teething troubles (all down to issues at my end, not with the app) which were ironed out very promptly. I would definitely recommend this. It looks very nice when in use too, you can see all the bookings on a month by month basis, to see how many you have each day. We were helped by a chap called Rob who was very efficient and friendly.

I am using this app to allow my customers to book time on a rental machine. This is the first website I have ever built so I have very little knowledge with everything. The app was pretty easy to set up and user friendly. If I needed help with something because it was over my head, the support team would always get back to me in a timely manner. I can't say enough about the support team. They were always kind and patient with me. They always made sure the problem was taken care of. Very pleased with everything about this company and product!

I've decided to use the BookThatApp for my business website to book all of my customers and easily have access to all my bookings. First off, their customer service is amazing! They respond back to you within minutes which is extremely rare. Secondly, the quality of this app is next to none. They make very super easy for you to manage and off a helping hand in case you have any questions. This is definitely a MUST-HAVE app if you're looking to implement an interactive calendar on your website! I would not use anything else. I rate them 10/10 with no doubts. My favourite thing about this app is the customer service by far! Thank you for helping me out with all my questions and for going above and beyond with customer service! I definitely recommend over anything else!

I downloaded this app about 18 hrs ago and already have clients booking online. The install is fairly simple (you just have to read and READ to ensure you don't mess anything up). My fields weren't showing when booking and within a few hours support (ROB to be exact) fixed it. Thanks a ton Rob!

Checked a few booking apps for Shopify, and this was the most superior of all of them. Lots of options for different types of events, and a neat clean layout. Had an issue that I was struggling with and contacted support, who replied within minutes, advised on what action to take, and actually made the modification on the store for me. You can’t get better than that ! One fear with an app is the support if you have an issue, the support of Zetya was first class. Would highly recommend.

Wir benutzen die App für unser Kosmetikstudio und es klappt super! Am Anfang gab es Schwierigkeiten bei der Umsetzung und wegen eines Fehlers von uns hatte nicht alles funktioniert. Der Support hat sich aber innerhalb einer Stunde (!!) gemeldet und ist alles mit uns durchgegangen bis es funktioniert hat. Kann die App nur empfehlen.

I have been using BTA for about 3 years now and it has only become better and better! I rely on the calendar to view my bookings daily, it's like having a PA. The app is seamless, easy to use and customer friendly, I use it for both product hire bookings and appointment bookings - it can suit a range of needs. Highly recommend this app for any hire or booking based businesses

Hello, everyone who reads this comment I want to tell you that bta is an incredible app! 100% recommended, it will make your store easy for your customers to use and it also has many options according to your needs, it is worth integrating this app in your store, do not think about it. Their technical support is very friendly and they really support you to make your project look incredible, sincerely it is a quality company and I would recommend adding to their store more than a thousand times.

This App is AWESOME! They customize everything! I am not very good in changing settings or codes, but I dont have to, because the team will do everything that the store looks professional! Awesome quick and professional customer service from Rob, Albert and Alex! They customized my whole calendar with colors, booking dates and bundles and fixed everything that I asked for within hours (and I asked a lot) This App is such a relief and it makes everything very easy! Thanks guys, you did a great job, again and again! I would give 10 out of 5 stars if it would be possible!

I use BookThatApp (BTA) for scheduling. I reached out to BTA support for installation of the coding and their response time is very fast. Rob installed exactly what we needed for our Shopify store within 24 hours. This is the best support I had from an app support so far. Rob provided excellent customer support. Will recommend this BTA app to others.

this was my first experience with book that app and I have to say that it’s was pleasurable one. I had trouble setting things up so I reached out to customer service, Rob was so helpful he fixed my issue and helped me understand what the problems were. I feel he Rob went above and beyond. He even went as far as to go into my store and fix things himself, with my permission of course. I would definitely recommend this app. Thank you book that app.

I have used this app to help my Pub customers enable takeaway food deliveries. It has helped the kitchens to determine the correct schedule in order to keep their customers satisfied. Rob and Alex have been superb in their support in making this work for us.

I used this app for my online cooking classes that I’m doing now because of COVID. I’m based in Italy with majority of clients in the US -their app doesn’t have Zoom integration -their calendar can’t adapt to the time zone of the person booking the class -requires a paid installation for the regular person that isn’t comfortable with coding I’m not using Sesami which is able to offer all of the above that their app doesn’t do, and at a similar price. It’s also aesthetically easier from the perspective of the client booking the class, as well as easier The reason for the one star is that yes they answer messages when you reach out for help but when they do so are condescending. Their installation produced errors in the Narrative theme I just switched to and they said the errors were due to my changes. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I took the time to install a fresh version of the Narrative theme that was untouched, they installed their app and there were errors in my product pages immediately after their app installation. They claimed it was due to the theme, not their fault and were of course condescending/not very nice or client centric. During these times a lot of us our using Shopify to be able to grow or simply stay afloat to survive with the very little business we are getting. We aren’t programmers and rely on the tech people at these apps to help get our business done. This app should be more understanding of that, and I’d say don’t have the best customer service. I’d advise trying other booking apps before committing to them, and so far I’d say my experience with Sesami has been dramatically different in a positive way.
