I am new to BookThatApp, and I've already found it to be such a time saver, streamlining not only the purchase of classes, but setting them up in my Shopify. The Zetya support team has been super responsive in helping me through the learning process. Also, it was brilliant to have a chance to try out the interface before committing.

Just what I needed for my bookings. There are a couple of additional bits of functionality that I would like, but all is good, including the help provided.

This app is just what I need to easily schedule our paint and sip and crafts classes. I like that it immediately reflects changes made to products in Shopify. Thanks Zetya!

So far it's been a big improvement on our old site. Customer service is quick to assist us, although there's been a few times when I have been made to feel a little silly when I ask for help! It's still early stages, but I'm happy with the system thus far.

This app is a good solution for our classes. Support is quick and responsive. Setup was little complicated since we have a few ways to book our classes, but again, support was quick to assist!

Seems good so far. Set up can be a bit tricky if you're not familiar with editing your liquid files but the Zetya help seems pretty good. Seems to be just what we were looking for.

There is definitely room for improvement, but we are thankful that it exists as there is no other platform available through Shopify.

Trialled this app for our store, and it has a completely breaking bug - the calendar on mobile constantly resets itself to the same view no matter what the user chooses. Contacted support and they simply told us they couldn't reproduce the issue and hence couldn't help. We sent them detailed explanations of what was a very easy to reproduce problem, and we reproduced it ourselves with over 30 of our customers across the whole gamut of mobile devices - android, apple, various levels of iOS and android OS; the developers still continued to tell us that they couldn't reproduce it, so we stopped wasting time trying to get them to fix it. If the level of support for the product is "despite the fact that you can reproduce it on every device you've tried it on, we can't, so we're going to assume there is no bug" it's definitely better to avoid it then use it. Very poor support experience. You should be going out of your way to help someone with a bug this major, and in the process fix your product, rather than denying its existence - it's almost childish!

After looking through many apps, Book That App has been the closest to fitting our needs. After some tweaking and figuring out the app, we have been pleased with the app. The customer service was very patient and responsive in answering all our questions and concerns. I changed mails with suport team about some technicals problems trying to installed this app on my site. they was very kind to my questions and comments. at the end everything went well and the application works as i need.

This app has allowed me to operate a small BBQ rental business from home without a massive outlay for a programmer. Why reinvent the wheel when there's already a solution? If you have big equipment around home that you only use once in a while, why not rent it out?

We have been using BookThatApp at our kayak school for classes and events. It has helped our business by letting students sign up on their own, it works in our responsive web theme, and saves us a huge amount of time. We worked with the developer to make some modification to the output and forms. The price was very reasonable and the product looks great. See http://www.kayakacademy.com/pages/kayak-lessons. I installed this app about a month ago, and really appreciated the developers commitment & after sales service. Christine assisted even whilst they were on holiday ! I can honestly recommend the app and the developer. Thanks Christine.

Our rental business requires a system that can manage availability, different locations, added extras and multiple rates based on how long customers rent for. This is no easy task. But BookThat App can handle the challenge. We had a few initial bugs. And this is where the real strength of BookThat App comes in. Christine and Gav did a stellar service job to rectify the bugs in no time. They understood our business needs and acted swiftly. A fantastic service, which I would highly recommend. Thanks again!
