The module has messed up all the meta fields and the order of the product photos. We have to invest hours to correct everything that was caused by the module.

I want to address your concerns thoroughly and provide some clarity on the issue you’ve mentioned. First, I’d like to reassure you that our app does not have the capability to directly edit or rearrange meta fields or product photos in your store’s backend. Our app works by creating overrides to optimize meta tags within the source code without altering your original Shopify settings. These changes are non-intrusive and cease to apply once the app is uninstalled. The issues you’ve experienced with product photos and meta fields may have been caused by another app or an unrelated configuration or compatibility error. Unfortunately, without access to your store during the time the app was installed, we could not investigate or identify any potential conflicts or sources of the problem. To address this, we’ve sent you an email with a detailed resolution and next steps to assist you further. Please don’t hesitate to reply if you have any additional questions or concerns—we’d love the opportunity to make things right. Hmmmm...where do I start? This app is one of the best apps on the Shopify app store simply because I don't have to spend as much time on as 'raw' SEO or spend $1000's on hiring a team! As an incredibly busy person, this app solves that problem! Furthermore, I also don't have to spend as much time if I was to do the SEO by myself, as the app does the heavy lifting for me! Finally, thanks a lot to Izzy and Pat escalating my issue to the Tier 2 team, who were able to get to the bottom of, and resolve, my issues within due time!

WORSE APP EVER!!!! I could not do any SEO audits when I first installed this app, so I waited the next day. Still, there are tons of bugs while I am trying to improve SEO performance. So I decided to uninstall the APP. THEY DELETED ALL META TITLE AND DESCRIPTIONS FOR ALL OF MY PAGES. I have to restore a theme to an aged backup and start implementing the updates all over again. STAY AWAP! USE OTHER APP!

Really impressed with the app so far. Super easy to use and also gives simple actionable steps to help improve your site further. I recently asked a question to their customer service department, and Rain was fantastic. Not only did Rain help with my query quickly, but also proactively gave some small tips for my store, so I left learning a lot more than I had initially thought and feeling super happy!
