fantastic customer service! I spoke to Dale R and Adam O on seperate occasions today (01.02.2022) and they both fully answered and resolved my issues regarding text sizes within the app for desktop and mobile.

Muy buen servicio! Necesitan mejorar algunos aspectos específicos y añadir funcionalidades pero es la mejor app para hacer bundles con diferencia :)

This app is a great solution for my store in order for customers to create their own gift box. If you need help with setup or design, their team offer a comprehensive and quick follow through. The only thing I would like is to be able to change the URL to make it a bit more SEO friendly but other than that, it meet my needs for now.

I have tried many different bundle apps and this is, hands down, the best one. This app has helped us increase our AOV by $20! Their support team is amazing as well. 10/10

Great app, great support. It greatly increased average order value! Gave us a nice boost during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. One of the better apps that's here to stay for our store.

This app was easy to figure out and set up on my own but it was great to know they would walk me through it in a call if I wanted that. Their support response has been fast, helpful and friendly. Our bundles are now our best selling products. Thank you!

Love this app. Allows for more variety and options in our store. Bundles are now our highest selling product. Their support is very responsive and quick to come back. Onboarding call for set up included. Delighted! 5 stars

Great app, did have a few issues with currency but they were super at getting it fixed ASAP. Best bundle builder app on the market if you offer discounts and have lots of products! Thanks guys!

We had launched a number of smaller accessory items in 2020 and realised that some of them could 'bundle' together to create a new product offer. We looked at 5 or 6 other Apps offering a similar solution, but Bundle Builder's examples were close to what we were looking to achieve and so we found it easier to trust this App. As of the date of this review we have been using it for about a year, and we are really happy with its performance. It does clog up your 'draft orders' because of the way it has to construct the bundle order - but I believe all have to do this. Support was good. The 30 days free trial was long enough to really test it out - an offer that was very important. I'm not a web designer .. BUT I'm sure the look at feel and the flow through could be thought out more. As I say to so many of the Apps the route to the best App is get your long term customers involved in your UX. Still A Good a App, well worth our support. Cheers BB

Great app with great customer service. The pricing is slightly high but it is worth it if you are looking for an easy and clean-looking bundle solution.

This app is exactly what I was looking for! It is one of the best out there. I researched tons of bundle apps before choosing this one. It has a clean look and integrates wonderfully with my theme. It's super easy to use for my customers and for me as well. Any adjustments I wanted to make, the support team was very helpful. I'm glad I downloaded this app. I've wanted to add a "Choose your own set" for my customers for a long time, but never found a way to do it...until I found Bundle Builder! I'm excited to see all the varieties of products I can offer - especially with the holidays coming up.

Was initially quite satisfied with the app's functionality, but the app's server crashed right on our launch date and the app wasn't functioning for more than an hour. We received an intimation after we wrote to them to check what was wrong. But some of my earlier support requests were still unanswered. Adam from the support team was helpful, but overall the responses aren't quick enough.

Unfortunately, our server did experience some downtime, but the team worked to get this up and running as soon as possible.
