Love this app, cant recommend enough and have already to a few fellow small businesses. So easy to set up and was able to get help within a few hours. Very responsive team. App fits seamlessly with our website.

I used this app a year ago... not so good. I just tried it again and it is perfect! Was able to customize everything to my liking on my store and had my bundle builder set up in just a couple of hours. Great App

Phenominal! The support from the team has been great. Our installation was a little more difficult than the standard as the automatic version didn't work on our theme. I reached out to the team and they seamlessly took care of everything. For someone like me who isn't very tech savy, this app has been one of the easiest i have used because the support team are so helpful and responsive. Harriet thank you for all your help! Has only been live on the site for 3 hours and already have had our first bundle sale!

I downloaded this app to add a gift-giving section to my website. Harriet and her team were extremely helpful in helping me get the most out of the app. They even reviewed the Bundle I made and sent a support team to help fix some design issues that were happening due to the theme I used. They fixed everything in less than 48 HRS and were extremely transparent throughout the process. I wish more apps were this hands-on, friendly, and helpful! Great job, team! Excited for my customers to start using this!

Since the recent update, the application no longer functions properly. It's a shame because it was a very good app until then. I am currently waiting for a response from support. Support contacted me immediately, and now the problem has been resolved and I am able to use the system as before without any problems.

Updated. The company worked hard to resolve the issues, but it still took a good amount of time and caused some major losses. I appreciated their responsiveness, Our website has been down for 3 days, as our entire system is built off of bundle builder. They pushed a major update without notifying anyone, and now the app hits an error message and can no longer be installed. Communication has been terrible and there have been no updates.

I have tried lots of bundle apps and this is by far the best! Really easy to use and lots of useful features. The customer service is excellent - they're so helpful and have dealt with all my queries quickly and efficiently.

After a long search trying many other Bundle apps none allowed me the flexibility to CREATE the variety of Bundles I wanted. Design is fantastic as well offering the customer easy to navigate functions. The support service call answered all other queries I had and more. Best app, can't wait to see what they bring out next.

Hey Taimed Society, We've looked into your query. Shopify’s recurring app charges are billed with the next Shopify 30-day invoice. For your store, the bill on May 5 includes the app subscription from April 20-May 20. You uninstalled on May 3rd, but the Bill was created on Apr 22, 2022, but you didn’t get the invoiced charge until May 19th. Which is confusing, but unfortunately out of our control. However in this instance we'd like to offer you a refund. Please get in touch with our support team - they've sent you an email :)

I use this app to offer a BYOB on our website. I've been searching for an app like this for a long time, and this one by far is the best one out there. The set up is quite easy and when help needed, the support team is always happy to help! It still missing a few features that I hope will be added in the future but I definitely recommend it

I primarily wanted this app for the mix and match features. The bundles are very customizable, and the visual design fits perfectly with my store theme. Just about every scenario you could think of is covered. The support team is also exceptional! Perhaps a few things with the customer-facing interface that could be improved, such as sticky widgets, but a minor thing given everything this app is capable of!

Looked for a long time for an app that worked well with Multiple SKU bundles. This app seems to have done the trick for us and the support is super quick and helpful.

It seems that the translation setting works not well. It shows messages dual. I'm wondering if I should find another one. Everything is ok except the above. I love its clean UI, and easy setup. added--- They have a reliable support team. I'm satisfied with the investigation. I've added one more star :)
