Kitenzo ‑ Bundle Builder

We had launched a number of smaller accessory items in 2020 and realised that some of them could 'bundle' together to create a new product offer. We looked at 5 or 6 other Apps offering a similar solution, but Bundle Builder's examples were close to what we were looking to achieve and so we found it easier to trust this App. As of the date of this review we have been using it for about a year, and we are really happy with its performance. It does clog up your 'draft orders' because of the way it has to construct the bundle order - but I believe all have to do this. Support was good. The 30 days free trial was long enough to really test it out - an offer that was very important. I'm not a web designer .. BUT I'm sure the look at feel and the flow through could be thought out more. As I say to so many of the Apps the route to the best App is get your long term customers involved in your UX. Still A Good a App, well worth our support. Cheers BB

Great app with great customer service. The pricing is slightly high but it is worth it if you are looking for an easy and clean-looking bundle solution.

This app is exactly what I was looking for! It is one of the best out there. I researched tons of bundle apps before choosing this one. It has a clean look and integrates wonderfully with my theme. It's super easy to use for my customers and for me as well. Any adjustments I wanted to make, the support team was very helpful. I'm glad I downloaded this app. I've wanted to add a "Choose your own set" for my customers for a long time, but never found a way to do it...until I found Bundle Builder! I'm excited to see all the varieties of products I can offer - especially with the holidays coming up.

Was initially quite satisfied with the app's functionality, but the app's server crashed right on our launch date and the app wasn't functioning for more than an hour. We received an intimation after we wrote to them to check what was wrong. But some of my earlier support requests were still unanswered. Adam from the support team was helpful, but overall the responses aren't quick enough.

I really like the app. Very responsive support team that have helped me a great deal. Highly recommended.

After a lot of testing they have taken the time to help us, respond quickly and find a solution that works well in our shop. I don't think the multi SKU bundle will work well with many themes but we are happy to continue working with them.

I use this app for my customers to create gift boxes from an assortment of sweets. I wish it had more features for this use and cost less but it still does the job better than others I have tried. The customer service is also top-notch - anytime I have a question or an issue, they help me out every time - Jess K was particularly helpful with my last issue. Highly recommend!

This app has been fantastic and the customer service has been outstanding. I have had a couple questions throughout the set up process and the response time has been so quick. Thank you! It has been a very positive experience.

On the positive side this app has an excellent business workflow and business value compared to other bundle builder apps. On the negative side, the support side when there is an issue is below acceptable levels. As a business owner you risk loosing customers due to the slowness of support from these guys. No one wants to see an app malfunction for a full week without getting attended to. In our case we were lucky because our store is still not live and the wait was not detrimental in this case. If these guys get their SLAs up I think we would come back to do business again. For now I do not think we can risk our business at the expense of poor tech support. Please get your game up guys and you will win my vote.

Emailed support two weeks ago, but didn't get their response. They replied to me saying they can't receive my email and then I wrote back. There is no reply since then... I don't know why this happened as my email is totally working fine or they just don't want to help me because I'm still during the trial period...

A main aspect of our business model is offering multiple wedding services within one product -- a bundle. Using Bundle Builder has saved us an immense amount of time and manual effort. We also like that we were able to code our our own template to make it look more inline with our theme. Plus, their support has also been immensely helpful when we have an issue that arises.

Handsdown the BEST app for easy and professional product bundles! We use Mintsoft as our 3PL and I struggled to find an app that would feed through bundles until now. The support team are incredible, so helpful and knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble. Wish I found this app years ago!

We tested a couple of different bundle apps and this is by far the best. Pretty easy to set up... customer support (Adam) is phenomenal. He's been very helpful to get us up and going. I highly recommend this app if you're looking to add a bundle app to your store!

We love how flexible this app is because we can build so many different kinds of bundles to provide more purchasing options for our customers. We've also had some very good experiences with their customer support team when we run into challenges.

I am so so sad. I finally found an app that seems to meet my needs but i cant even try out cos the trial period will start off. PLeasssse can the subscriptions be tiered at least or even free installation, or free usage till the app generates some kind of income etc. I have been searching for 2 days now.
