My experience with the app and the support team has been good so far. The team has been responsive and helpful for setup and when I needed assistance. I’m hoping they can also help me with handling chargebacks from fraudulent customers, which would make the app even more valuable.
This app really covers all the bases. If you run an online store, it’s a must-have to keep you protected from disputes. It’s packed with features that handle pretty much every situation you can think of. Plus, the customer support is amazing — they’re super patient and walk you through everything to make sure it all works smoothly. Honestly, that’s what great service looks like.
So far so good. Onboarding was easy and intuitive. I scheduled a support call to make sure I had done everything correctly, and am happy that I did - Juda helped me to add several more integrations! No new chargebacks yet, so we'll see how things go in the future

Chargeflow made my first chargeback painless. The app connected to Shopify in minutes, auto-assembled the evidence from my order details, and I just reviewed and submitted. Result: case won and recovered. The dashboard is straightforward shows disputes, time saved (about 40 minutes for this one), and recovery rate so I always know where things stand. Support (Aubrey) checked in and answered questions quickly. It’s the kind of tool that saves real time and removes the headache of writing long responses. I’ve only handled one dispute so far, but the outcome and experience were solid easy keep.
