1st dispute still being processed but is easy to use. Contacted support and got a quick response, made sure everything was addressed.
They aren't the cheapest but their customer service is totally on point and that's why I have stuck with them. Excellent Service and Support! Thanks for the help Jason!
Easy to use and customer service is amazing too
Horrible experience with this company. We had a win rate of around 30% and they do not even reach out to remind you to submit additional information that can be helpful, they just submit a prompt from chatGPT and call it a day. You're better off submitting more compelling evidence yourself, on top of that we were charged an 8% cancellation fee.

From day one, the setup was seamless. Chargeflow’s team helped get us connected quickly (we’re using Shopify and Stripe) and we were up and running in virtually no time. Their one-click integration and automated workflows mean we’re no longer bogged down in tedious dispute paperwork.
Highly recommended to install for any Shopify stores. Excellent support, fast and helpful replies, and I want to highlight Jason for his support with our queries, disputes and app configurations. Most importantly, we're now winning back ridiculous chargebacks that we've unfairly lost to in the past.
I had a few issues getting everything setup and was very pleased with the help I received from Mariane. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Hopefully the app will be as much of a pleasure to work with as she was!
