I had a few issues getting everything setup and was very pleased with the help I received from Mariane. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Hopefully the app will be as much of a pleasure to work with as she was!

Mariane helped me set up my account properly even after i mistakenly forgot to connect my gmail account. In all this is a really nice app and i highly recommend 100%

Chargeflow is like love at first sight. Customer service took the time to listen to my concerns and guided me step by step through finalizing the correct settings. Chargeflow is a must-have for every online shop operator – the interface is ergonomic and intuitive. My experience with the app and the support team has been good so far. The team has been responsive and helpful for setup and when I needed assistance. I’m hoping they can also help me with handling chargebacks from fraudulent customers, which would make the app even more valuable.

This app really covers all the bases. If you run an online store, it’s a must-have to keep you protected from disputes. It’s packed with features that handle pretty much every situation you can think of. Plus, the customer support is amazing — they’re super patient and walk you through everything to make sure it all works smoothly. Honestly, that’s what great service looks like.

So far so good. Onboarding was easy and intuitive. I scheduled a support call to make sure I had done everything correctly, and am happy that I did - Juda helped me to add several more integrations! No new chargebacks yet, so we'll see how things go in the future

ChargeFlow is an amazing app and it's providing great services. Carla and Jason helped us in setting it up properly. It automates the dispute process, prevents chargebacks and hopefully will be a great help for our business to prevent fraudulent chargebacks while maintaining a steady growth. Great experience using Chargeflow, hardly any chargebacks going through and great customer support. Always got a response within 12 hours about any kind of issue. Highly recommend!!
