We have found Chatra to be a great platform. There are features on it that we're using that streamline our interaction with customers. I REALLY appreciated Julia from Chatra supporting me with a query the other day. Her input was detailed, spot on, and timely. Our for-purpose organisation encourages you to consider this chat app on your Shopify store. BTW we have six stores and Chatra on all six.

Was a great free live chat for small businesses allowing 20 chats per month, however this has now been reduced to 5 which almost forces you into paying to upgrade. Will be looking for an alternative.

Chatra has been awesome for my store! It’s super easy to set up and use, I love being able to chat with customers in real time, it also shows you what page people are on, which is super handy. If you’re looking for a simple chat tool that just works - this is it.

It's great experience. It makes the live chat so easy, and the support team is always helpful and respond quickly. I highly recommend this app as your live chat app.

We've had Chatra for one year now. We think it's worked really well for our store. Has captured leads we wouldn't have otherwise captured. I am now adding it to a second store. Their support is very quick and gave me detailed answers on the things i needed help with ( thank you Julia )

Really great app that is easy to integrate and use. The one time I needed support, Anna was awesome and got things taken care of right away. Highly recommend.

This app is great, a nice way to interact with our customers and resolve any questions they might have. The support is also amazing, Anna who helped me out, did a great job and very quick and prompt.

we used this app for couple of years- but last week google took our ads off because of the app , it said it has malicious software we have since taken the app off- though we still have 3 months left on the price paid But the ads are back online ,

We take user security very seriously: we perform antivirus checks on all uploaded files and maintain strict security protocols. Google’s detection systems flagged a potential malware risk in a file uploaded via our chat widget, resulting in the temporary blocking of the domain we use for file hosting. To address this quickly, we migrated to a new domain and confirmed there was no actual risk to our users. Google unblocked the original domain on October 30, indicating it was likely a false alarm. However, Google Ads support may still be working with outdated information, so some customers may need to contact Google directly for the resolution to reactivate ads. Excellent application that we have been using for several years now. We recently had a problem with our subscription plan which we needed to change to a monthly plan, and for which we had confusing information which resulted in a very frustrating situation. Anna from Brevo was great in solving this problem in no time. I recommend the app.

Used successfully for almost 3 years. All of a sudden stopped working and their customer support is worthless. Save you "AND YOUR CUSTOMERS" the hassle and look for something else!!!!
We are sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues with Chatra! We currently do not see any issues in your account. Both the chat widget and the email integration are working, and messages arrive in your Chatra account. When you talked to our support team, you had an issue with the email forwarding. We asked you to share a screenshot of the forwarding settings in your email client, but unfortunately, we never received a reply. We see that emails are now being successfully forwarded to your Chatra account, so most probably you already updated the settings or reconnected your mailbox. If you still have issues with anything else, please let us know.

Switched to this from using zendesk for many years and this is by far such a nice and simplified online chat system for what we needed. Support was quick to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.
