Chatra — Live Chat & Chatbot

I got this chat room step up right before a week long Black Friday sale on my site. It has done wonders for my sale and launch. I tried out several others before settling on Chatra (Zendesk, Livechat...) and Chatra is the best for my small storel. I love the non-corporate design and thoughtful features...especially the one where you can see what customers are typing before they hit send. Love it so far.

Added the Chatra app to our store this week and I've gotta say so far this is my favorite chat app I've used and seen. It sits stylishly in the corner of the screen and I can chat with users on my site straight from the Chatra app on my phone.

Switched from another chat service to Chatra due mainly to its deep integration with Help Scout - chats and offline messages are added into Help Scout as new support tickets, giving us a full picture of customer support. So far we're loving Chatra! With native desktop and mobile apps, our team is able to help customers with their orders or product enquiries anywhere.

Chatra is the best. We deal with custom flags so it's a product that customers don't always know what they are looking for. They have questions. With the live chat we are able to hook and help those hesitant customers all the way through to a sale.
