I have used quite a few apps like lucky orange , olark and preferred this Integration - very easy Professional looking Does its job pretty well . Not as many frills and fancies as LO but well you pay a lot more there too. The only place they could get better is in transferring chats between 2 operators is difficult. Other than that a 5 star experience

This app has been pretty decent so far. I haven't been able to use it a ton yet but from what I have seen, it is user friendly with a professional, clean look. The reason for not giving it a 5 star rating is for the fact that the login always gets me. I've heard of case sensitive passwords but I don't think I've ever had to worry about login names being case sensitive. I always forget about the case sensitive thing when I try to log in but I'm reminded when it doesn't let me in. It's just an annoying little thing that gets under my skin, it's a bit frustrating.

Great experience so far! Very intuitive way to interact with customer and have already been able to resolve some customer issues directly. Even if we can't chat right away, it encourages customers to leave us messages and we are able to email back shortly after. I highly doubt we'd get as much interaction from a "Contact Us" form. Highly recommend it.

Setup in minutes, including a perfectly integrated iphone app. I was using Olark before but they had a really complex setup for mobile through a third-party app. Chatra is unified perfectly between laptop and phone and doesn't get tripped up if I try to use both in one conversation. The only drawback was that customizing exact colours required some API code to be added to the site. I highly recommend this app. In fact, I can't think of a reason why anyone wouldn't use this.

Great system and very easy to use. Was a bit confusing at first when I tried to add the app on my phone (I had created the account through the Shopify computer app) and didn't have a password/way to login on the phone. But I received an email a couple of days later with a way to set a password and it's been smooth from there. I usually leave the app "online" most of every day, since I'm able to work/produce product very near my laptop. It's nice because often I'll ignore email notifications until a certain time of day, but if I hear the Chatra notification I'll know it's specifically a customer who might need attention and be able to provide them with a response right away/while they're browsing. Only a few people have used it so far, and of those only one had a legitimate question for me to help with, but I count that as the app being successful. I can definitely see the chat function being used more frequently as my shop visitor count grows (currently I only have around 20-130 visitors per day). Full disclosure - I did receive a free plan for this app in return for trying it out, but the opinions above are my own.

I was looking for a chat app for my store that was light-weight and had a mobile app so I could talk to visitors wherever I was. This app is amazing; the developers listen to customers and seem really eager to make store-owners happy. The chat box is non-intrusive and has a lot of customization options and trigger-events. I'm even more over the moon as my first chat I had already converted to a sale :)

Love this app so far! Was so easy to install (i clicked a button) and I love that I can watch what people are looking at on the site and adding to their cart while we chat. I would recommend this over and over again!

This is an excellent app. It's very easy to install and use, and the additional mobile app is a huge bonus allowing us to stay in contact with customers pretty much whenever they have a question. Creating a great customer experience is very important to us. With Chatra not only have we being able to close sales, respond to queries, and provide support, we have also been able to further project our brand's personality beyond the webpage. Forging good relationships with customers builds trust and leads to happy, and importantly, returning customers. That makes us happy too! Highly recommended.

The idea behind it is wonderful. Easy to set up and defintiely useful. However my staff complained that when we are online, it suddenly goes offline in the middle of chatting. Also we are online, but sometimes it appears we aren't and our customers have to send us an offline message instead. I would wait for them to fix all these problems before installing at it gives us more problems than when we didn't have a live chat function. Also, tried to uninstall from the dashboard, can't. Needed to go into my theme to edit the html and for someone who isn't savvy with code, this is a hassel.

This app has been wonderful. I've tried other chat apps but have found Chatra to be a step above the rest. Very robust and customizable feature set, there isnt much you can't customize. Bottom line it's helped my communication with customers and helped close sales and bring in new ones. Highly recommended they did a bang up job on this app, 5 stars all the way.

This is a great app! The chat window is simple with a large setting and view. User experience is up to expectations. Our shopify plan is the basic plan and with this app, a basic plan can work like a super plan. Worth having it installed! Yaakov is a very helpful guy! He is always there to help whenever you need help on the app. He is a babywearer too!

Great little chat app, I have only newly installed but already been reached out to by customers. They appreciate the quick response even when off line. Very easy to set up and change colours. So far that is about as much as i have done with it yet but tbh i haven't needed anything more. Thanks Chatra
