Tried multiple chatting apps over the years trying to find the best one. This is by far the easiest to use on both the customer and agent side.
We've been using Chatra for possibly 2 years by now, maybe more. I am so, so, happy with Chatra. I love a company that is constantly trying to make their service better (without changing the price...you know those companies really care about the service and their customers). I find that with most of the apps I own, I'll ask customer service "can it do this? can it do that?"...usually, the answer, as you probably already know from experience is "no, but you can submit a request for it to be added". With Chatra, that hasn't happened yet... I say "can it do this? can it do that?" and they say "yup, here's how. And yes, just like this". Seems like they're asking the questions of themselves before their customers can think up the questions, so the solutions are ready when the customer asks. To be honest, I hate spending more money on apps, but this one is a really good one. Thanks Chatra!

Very easy to set up and use, nice clean interface. Sometimes you just want a simple app and this does the trick. Good customer service if you have any questions. Can't fault it.
This app has got to be the best that I have used in my 6 months of online business experience. A little expensive for startups but to learn about your business and to understand what products attract customers more than the others, you will find all these learnings in here. My suggestion to the developers would be to take three types of plans with limited to full features at different prices to make it more affordable . Highly recommend it. Use the free version to understand how it works, it’ll meet your expectations .

This chat app is excellent. Have tried a few others and they were either messy with no way to hide unavailable features, or pricey for a plan with not enough features. Chatra is really good.

A Great app. It lets me answer any questions in real time and initiate conversations with my customers. Other apps out there only let the customer contact you. This one lets you contact the customer and know what they are looking at in real time.

Love everything about this app! Its easy to use and I found it extremely helpful knowing what areas my visitors We’re coming from and the times they came on the website. I also love how it easy It is to communicate with my visitors and the feature to provide incentives for them to buy while they are browsing the website.
I never had a chat app before and I think it’s helpful to give customers the chance to ask questions on the spot. I know it’s created sales for me where the customer would previously probably not engage nor make a purchase.
