Chatra — Live Chat & Chatbot

I never had a chat app before and I think it’s helpful to give customers the chance to ask questions on the spot. I know it’s created sales for me where the customer would previously probably not engage nor make a purchase.

Love the ability to communicate with our webpage browsers (not browsers in the tech sense, but potential customers 'browsing' thru our site). I love it. I work with a lot of farmers who don't all have great wifi- that does affect the ability for the app to work. But when it does work, it definitely helps me convert. I'm grateful for the app and for the quick responsiveness of the team when I need assistance.

We installed Chatra's chat tool on our site and conversions have gone up, we learn way more about our customers, can proactively prevent bounces and abandoned carts, and it works seamlessly for customers on web and mobile across devices. Its so easy for our CX team to use - took almost no training time. Easy and powerful tool, highly recommend! The Chatra team is also SO responsive if you email them with questions. Same day responses, good communication, easy to work with. We've tried other chat tools, a variety of SMS tools, and Chatra has been the best one in terms of sales boost as well as ease of use.

Excellent app! Recently installed & just received a chat that resulted in a sale! Even if a buyer doesn't use it, I think it might be reassuring to them to know that a human is available. :)

We use the free version and it's awesome! If you were selling a more premium/complex/subscription product that requires more input from customer service, I could definitely see how the premium version would be worth the $$.

Started using this app two weeks and I have no idea why I did not install it sooner. I´ve been able to actually have a conversation with my customers and potential customers and provide the service and attention that we all strive for as customers. I love that I can connect like this with Chatra and 100% recommend it!

Super fast support from the team and app works really well with invaluable features vs a more typical social media chat integration. We can see what a customers is looking at, their session history and demographics and what they're typing before they submit which is a real time saver, and the ability to edit a response if a customer is offline came in handy. This app's a keeper for us and has been really reliable. Would be 5 star if the app didn't very frequently start new sessions for registered customers coming back to chat so we don't have past chat history and have to keep spending time checking for the name or email provided. We get that folks clear their cache or disable some tracking, but we see this a lot with customers who keep providing their details and haven't removed past data.

Works perfectly to track customer inquires. Super simple to use and intuitive. Very easy to simply respond to customers via just email.

Love Chatra! It's just me running my business and I needed something that I could easily reply to messages on my laptop or on the go (ie on my phone).

Easy to work with and understand, great that you have also the choice for a fee version. Have it since a few days and I am happy with it, I am recommend it.

Chatra works very well. It´s easy to use, and comes with a lot of setting options. It´s also very good at giving you plenty of info on your website visitors, and chatting with them is easy. Support is friendly and effective - too. I´m glad my shopify expert recommended me this app for my online store. Thumbs up!

I have used this app for more than a year and find it extremely useful for our business. Its easy to install, the support is fab and customers data is stored for any use in future. Totally recommend it.
