Chatra — Live Chat & Chatbot

Very happy with the Free version of the app. :-) Might upgrade when I find the time to add the extra info/settings.

So far so good. I recently installed this app after looking at a lot of chat apps. Seems like a great service and the install was easy and fast.

Great way to communicate with your customers, even if you're a tiny business, even if you're on the go!

I just love this app! Finally, I have a way to communicate with my customers. I love being able to answer their questions and mind store while I'm on the go! Just awesome!! It helped me get some sales as I was able to direct customers to the products they needed. The service is amazing too. They respond and help you when you need to. But I must say, it's so easy to install and work it out that you won't need to ask for help!

We have tried many chatting apps, and definitely Chatra is the best one. The support team is very friendly and helpful. It is smooth and also has a modern widget, and yet the pricing plan is very reasonable. Simply, it is a necessary app for any online store owner.

Very easy to install and to use. Been able to invite other employees, customize to a degree. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple chat app. Biggest request is to access from mobile.

Very nice chat app. I like that it makes my customers leave their information for me to follow up with them if they leave, also keeps records of conversations and it keeps Spam Chatters away by having them introduce themeselves. i would like to have an app for my computer but so far I'm Loving. I love this chat app so far. Before, I was using one that required the customer to have a Facebook Messenger account, and be logged into it just to chat with me. I barely received chats because of that. After installing this one, I started getting chats almost immediately. I also have the app installed on my Android phone, and that means I never miss a chat. I'm able to easily set my "available" hours. Just a great app all around! Good job guys!

We were using LiveEngage/LivePerson. Support was bad, UI was bad. Only used this for a few hours, but Chatra is the polar opposite. And cheaper.

Love this app! Since using Live Chat, traffic has gone up. I am able to have more engagement with customers. If I get someone on live chat, 99% of the time I get a sale from that engagement. My business is very consultative. This app is easy to use, personalize and customize to your business. It helps me to see where customers are from, what they are typing so I can respond quickly. I wish all business used this app. You need this app if you want to grow your business.
