Even though my issue turned out to be a problem with Shopify, Manuel walked me through the issue, how to fix it in the future, and fixed it himself. And we were able to get the problem fixed within an hour of first reaching out.

Timely responses, good support. We do a lot of business through local delivery routes, and unfortunately Shopify doesn't have great native functionality for this, but the Zapiet app makes this easier and more intuitive for our customers.

Zapiet has been a fantastic app, and the customer support truly sets it apart. Angelo, in particular, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was assisted with some major issues to my store by "Krystabel Djajalie", who was incredibly detailed in her responses and very patient with my multiple requests. My store had a critical checkout issue and she fixed it overnight not just for this store but for my other 2 stores as well in a very timely manner. Massive shoutout to Krystabel for providing world-class support.
