The customer service has really been impeccable, which is saying something these days. The app has allowed us to fulfill the little complexities of our shipping logistics and I couldn't recommend it more. Update: Yet another issue quickly resolved by Jessica and her team. I honestly haven't experienced a more efficient and responsive support team in any of the apps we use. Kudos

Jessica helped us to solve a problem that was actually with Shopify and not even the zapiet app! She also helped us to clean up our checkout page so its clearer for customers to understand. Great service!!!

Their support is the best I've experienced with an app. It's Saturday afternoon and resolved my issue, coached me on how to avoid in the future, etc. I'm glad to have found this app. It will allow us to expand our online orders for local delivery and pickup. Yay!

Zapier is much better than the other apps available. It is not only the app, but the amazing staff. High 5 to Jessica for the enormous support on helping to get the app installed and during the setup process. Jessica was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate her support.

I had tried other delivery apps in the past but I decided to commit to Zapiet because it seemed to be the most professional option. Now I'm extremely happy to have made that decision. The Zapiet Pickup + Delivery app together with their Rates by Distance app has allowed our local delivery supply yard to move into the modern times. We're the only supply yard in our area to be able to offer local delivery online sales because of Zapiet. We've had a few issue over the years and each time we've gotten exceptional help from Jessica who quickly fixed the issues for us.

So far this app is doing a good job for us. Very impressed with their support - I had a few settings that I didn't have correct but Jeanette took the time to get me sorted out. Very impressed!
