I would definitely recommend reaching out to the Zapiet team for any setup support. My point of contact, Charlie, has been super helpful and has answered all my queries. Response time has been speedy making the app installation nice and smooth.

If you want to experience the perfect local pickup and delivery app for Shopify we can strongly recommend using the Store Pickup + Delivery app by Zapiet. The service to assist with Shopify integration or rates issue is 5 star excellent. Well done to the Zapiet team! Especially to Charlie :-)

This app has gotten better and better, and support has really been amazing. We had some issues starting out, but now I can't imagine what we'd do without this app!

This app has way more control than the other pickup+delivery scheduling/management apps out there, and the dashboard is super easy to learn to use. You can set specific dates/times for local delivery vs pickup vs shipping, unique for every single location. If you want, there're also many ways to code in additions to the 'backend' workings as well as front end visuals. Plus the support team is knowledgable and available to have a proper discussion to help.

Great service. Great support. I strongly recommend this add-on to all stores offering local delivery and pickup : much more customization than Shopify basics features for those services

World class support From Zapiet - Thank you! The assistance we received from the Zapiet support team, in particular Ismail and Jayne, was absolutely incredible. We achieved exactly what we set out to do with our shop and created the necessary checkout options for our end-Customers. If we faced any hiccups in doing it ourselves, the team was there to assist with a professional set up. Would recommend this suite of apps to anyone looking for flexibility in Pickup and Delivery. OMG! What a life saver! The ability to let some products be shipped and some for local delivery is brilliant. You can select delivery schedules, cut off times and select the areas you deliver to. The customer service is INCREDIBLE. Ask for Bogi she is an absolute hero!

After having various issues with a different app providing a delivery/store pickup Shopify integration, I lucked up on finding Zapiet's app! It works very well for our store's needs. Although there was a lot of initial configuration to get the settings right, this developer provided wonderfully detailed instructions for every step of the process. I greatly appreciated this since I could never get the other app to work properly due to settings issues. I ran into only one performance problem with this app due to a misconfigured setting. When I reached out to customer service, Flora and also Jayne quickly looked into the issue and let me know what I needed to fix to resolve my problem. I cannot stress enough how great the customer service is and that means everything to a business like mine that thrives on the success of store pickup and delivery transactions. Thanks so much for your help Zapiet!

After a few snafus with their contact form and calendar, I was able to get in touch with this company and they were very helpful. Sebastian walked me through setting up everything my company needed and was very patient. Thank you Sebastian!
