As always, the Zapiet team has been helpful, supportive and responsive to getting our store up & running. They've helped us maintain our store through difficult times and we couldn't be more grateful. boomcandy.com wouldn't be able to locally ship without Zapiet.

We had some trouble using this app at first but this was several years ago and the app developers have gone above and beyond to help us since. They respond very quickly and are extremely helpful and knowledgable taking the time to really look through your needs and help apply the necessary fixes where they need to go. We are so impressed and love using this app. Highly recommend if your shop needs a pick up and shipping option!

I used this app to offer delivery according to zipcodes. Customer support has been helpful, supporting me in adjusting some code to personalize the app experience.

I use this app to run our flower shop business for delivery and pick up. It is a great app with loads of options. The support is also A+ always willing to help and go above and beyond to help.

The first agent that assisted was delayed in helping. When I deleted the app out of frustration for paying for something I couldn't use, due to it not even being looked at for 7 days after having access to my store.. the SAME day Robert Fhu replied to my email, got in there, and within hours my problem with coding was solved. Even on a new theme I was in the middle of making because I was revamping my store to accommodate not having the app. I am super impressed with him, and am now a continued customer after 3 years, and hopefully many more to come!!

This app is the best out there for store pick up and local delivery. Had a couple issues, but Andy and his team helped me out and were so great. Highly recommend.

Support is super quick and really helpful. Had an emergency with my checkout and Zapiet support sorted me out within 5hrs. Woohoo!
Hey Cuppin's, Thanks so much for your feedback. I really appreciate your honesty. We did in fact stop our installs for almost two weeks and it actually dramatically increased our support requests. Aside from that we also have many merchants who install the app without requiring any support. It would be unfair on them to hold back their businesses. Of course in Covid-19 madness I needed this app to being delivering and offering click & collect. The widget wasn't immediately showing up after installation, and im no coder, so was frustrated trying to fix. One email to support and they had fixed the error had it up-and-running overnight. Communication was quick and friendly. Highly recommend this app for both use and customer service!

We use this app for local food deliveries and it works well for our needs. The only problem is that when customers skip the cart and go straight to checkout, the local delivery inputs get skipped as well.

Although with COVID, they were experiencing issues as with every other internet based company, once things calmed down they have been completely hands on and have helped me in prompt time, with every response! Even when I don't respond in a timely manner, I get an follow up email:) Love this app!!

This is a great app with fantastic support. It allows us to control local delivery, store pick-up and shipping options with an enormous amount of complexity. We have been able to expand quickly using Zapiet because it works so well.

So far, so good! Our customers really like it. I only wish I didn't have to migrate our shipping options over. We have somewhat complex shipping options so I simply added a Free Local Pickup option within Shopify and we're good to go. I had submitted a question about blocking out pickup times throughout the day (like when we're at lunch) and Ryan got right back to me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to block out the lunch hour quickly and easily.

Superb, prompt support and a very customisable app. You will need to spend time on this app to get the best of it, but if your business operates like mine, it is time well spent!
