The team at Zapiet, mostly Jessica, did an outstanding job with integrating my delivery into my shopify store. She was friendly and knowledgeable, not leaving any stone unturned. I would most definitely recommend the team at Zapiet at the go to software for delivery! Way to go Jessica!

Makes farmers market pickup options a BREEZE with ONE central inventory. Does what Shopify can't, and the customer service is INCREDIBLE. Seriously you have to check out this app.

Zapiet has been very user friendly from the get go. Easy to set up, learn, get started using. Reasonably priced for the subscription and allows us to offer the local delivery and pickup services we need to as a flower shop using Shopify as our POS and ecommerce site. Today I was having issues with my Zapiet app, due to no fault of theirs, but their customer service got back to me very quickly and fixed the issue I accidentally caused (I had accidentally disabled a widget feature). Stephane fixed it from where he was at and immediately had things working for me again. Appreciate the user experience you guys offer! Great product.

Jessica just helped me solve a problem that was stressing me out like crazy. She was BEYOND PERFECTLY HELPFUL!!!!!! Working with her was seriously the best customer service / tech support i've EVER had. Including Apple. Seriously, perfect!!!! She deserves a raise immediately. Amazing customer service!! Two different customer service rep's helped me navigate and set up Zapiet on my broadcast theme. I am excited to have this as part of my Florist website - I feel like it is going to make the customer experience and check out way better!!

Functionalities are great - allowing us to set all the conditions/ limitations we can think off. And if there are any bugs, the support team goes above and beyond to debug and identify the culprint in doubly quick time

Anggy From Zapiet support was great! Took Their time and found work a rounds for my complex issue and was very knowledgeable and patient with questions. Would definitely recommend!
