I've been using this app for several months now. The two things I like best about it are the responsiveness of the support team and the frequent upgrades to the app's functionality. A lot has improved since I started using the app. It has a lot of flexibility built in and is pretty easy to use. I've also explored other apps that serve the same purpose and found Zapiet's to be far and away the best in terms of customization. The app design is well suited for a food business like mine.

Great help from the support team. I was struggling with my rates and cart widgets and they helped me by describing every step efficiently and easily. Started to use the delivery by zone app and it’s great too

We had an issue with the pick up times not showing up all of a sudden. It was just buffering. I got on the live chat and it was sorted within 30 min. Great customer service.

This app solved a complicated shipping issue we required for a quick launch date and the support was so amazing! They helped us the entire way though getting it installed and helping us test different variables. They really saved the day all while being so friendly the whole time too! Can't reco enough :)

The Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery app is hands down the best. I have tried literally every delivery/pickup app available and nothing compares. Beyond being packed with features, the customer service is truly exceptional. Bravo, Zapiet.

The customer service has been extremely helpful and very polite while I've been figuring everything out! It was hard finding the right app for what we needed for our business, but this seems to be a great fit.

This app has been beneficial to us and the customer service is great! They have helped me with a few issues I was having in my specific circumstances. Due to some limitations to the Shopify platform, we didn't quite get all the functionality I need out of the app. However, they got me as close to how I want it to run as possible and for that I give them 5 stars!

Great app with tons of features and flexibility. Great for incorporating local delivery and pickup options for stores. And customer service is superb. Always prompt and helpful at getting minor implementation adjustments solved.
