Betty was incredibly helpful and quick to pinpoint the issue with our Shopify and Zapiet setup. She didn’t just give a generic answer — she identified that the product was set as a digital item, which was causing the pickup widget to be hidden and orders not to appear correctly. Her explanation was clear, easy to follow, and she provided a practical fix straight away. She also guided us on how to update products in bulk, which is a huge time saver for a busy store. Great app, could be more flexible in terms of deciding timeslots for Pick up and Shipping. Their support is always very helpful.

Zapiet is probably the best option for store pickups and deliveries. Setup is clean and the software is strong. Dealing with the support team has been a pleasure. Very resourceful and patient.

This app is the only delivery app that has everything I need. some of my products can't be shipped through the mail, and must be hand delivered or picked up. also my food product is made for a date in mind and has to have prep time. So I need multiple options This app does it all and more. support is always fantastic and quick considering I am on the other side of the world to the support team. They also check over my setup and offer suggestions to make things work better. Worth the money in managing my orders better, and it helps my business grow.
