Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

Our shop has been using the Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery function for several months now. When we first started using it, Sam at Zapiet was so unbelievably helpful with helping to code the app into our checkout (truly a lifesaver!). The app itself is fairly easy to use and it's been so great telling local customers that they can now save on shipping costs if they are local and want to pick up their products from the store! Recently, we've run into several orders from customers who have somehow selected the store pickup function and replaced the store address with their home address (in an attempt to get free shipping, we assume). When I emailed Zapiet, Sam responded within a day and looked into the issue we were having. He not only explained what has been happening, but also offered to fix the problem for us! He resolved our store pickup issues with coding changes to our cart in less than 24 hours! I highly recommend using this app for your shop! And thank you to Sam and Zapiet team for all of your help!!!

Without a shadow of a doubt this is the best customer service I have ever received. I didn't think i was going to be able to get what i needed from the app, and the team at Zapiet just made everything work perfectly on the same day. We had "In-store Pickup" listed on our shipping options for $0 and had multiple customers choosing the option regardless of the fact they were nowhere near our store. This lead to multiple issues with customer service; namely people angrily reaching out to ask why their order hadn't shipped yet. Most had chosen the option solely because it was the only "free shipping" available. Thanks to Zapiet we no longer deal with that issue because the store address and pickup option are clearly visible to our customers before even reaching their checkout. The app is aesthetically pleasing, the customer service at Zapiet goes above and beyond, and the it works exactly as it should... causing minimal to no confusion on the customer's end and saving us significant time sending shipping invoices for those who mistakenly used to choose in store pickup. Many thanks to Sam who got us all set up!

We are using this app to manage our Home Delivery (via carrier) and our Neighborhood Delivery (to community sites such as schools, churches, and site-hosts). It works perfectly for our unique need. To top it off... Customer Care / Support has been absolutely stellar! We had some additional help and their team were quickly there to make sure we got this up and running the way we needed it to. Having used multiple apps on Shopify I can honestly say this has been our favourite app to date due to the incredible customer service and ease of integration. The app integrated seamlessly within our store theme and looks very smart on our checkout page. It has every feature we have needed to use and is very versatile. Sam and the team are an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot speak highly enough of their services - the customer support is world class. Any questions or queries we had were replied to within minutes and we were up and running very quickly. They were more than happy to help out with anything we were unsure of and took the time to explain anything we queried with a step by step walk through, enabling us to learn the ins and outs of the apps features for future use. Would highly recommend this app.

Installed the app today with very minimal fuss - experienced a minor css issue due to our theme but Sam from the zapiet support team fixed it up for us in no time. The app itself looks fantastic, blends in with the theme perfectly and is so easy to use - and I can't speak highly enough of the after support (thanks again Sam!) 5 stars, highly recommend.

I am getting ready to launch my Shopify store and have been working with Sam to set up the app to work with all the quirks of my business. He has been incredible! Quick to respond, addresses all of my questions, and works really hard to get the app to do what I need it to do. The level of customer service is extraordinary -- and very much appreciated! We've been using the Store Pickup + Delivery app for over 18 months and it has been crucial to our online sales, without it we would not be able to sell our products online! We originally started with one store and it has allowed us to expand our store to three different countries. Andy has been a tremendous help and we could not find any app that could come close to the versatility offered by Zapiet. Great app, great service and support! Old review: I was originally having some issues and trying to figure out where I had made an error and finally resorted to emailing support. And I really wish I had just emailed them earlier! My issue was sorted out in one hour! Support had found where I had entered the incorrect code and promptly fixed it for me. Absolutely thrilled with the level of support!

Tidies up store collections/click & collect nicely. Popular feature on our website so well worth the money. Really quick support when needed. Does not integrate seamlessly with Paypal and Amazon checkouts but I guess that is to be expected.

Super awesome. Definitely a must for all with brick and mortar store(s). This is the way the customer shops today, get information on the internet, purchase online and wah lah get item(s) same day. Just like what the big boys are doing. On top of that the support team is stellar. Thank you Sam and your team at Zapiet.

This app allowed us to carry some products on our online store, for pickup only, that we weren't able to provide to our customers in the past. Any support issue we have had were addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. We highly recommend this app.

I've been using Store Pickup + Delivery for 18+ months now. Our store just updated the Shopify theme and was once again just blown away with how great Store Pickup + Delivery. We've had hundreds of orders choose to pick up in store with no issues to speak of. Old review: I can't say enough good things about this app. My store just moved to Shopify and Store Pickup + Delivery filled all of our in store pickup needs. It also allowed us to start offering Deliveries with just a few clicks. It was virtually impossible on our last e-comm platform.. Zero headaches, easy setup and support has been outstanding.
