Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

Terrible customer service and support. I use this app for my flower shop for local pickup and delivery. Everything worked great for awhile, but lately we've been starting to have some issues. We have had two orders where there was no delivery date. We reported this problem last week and haven't heard back. I sent a follow-up today, and couldn't talk to an actual person, just a bot that basically told me to wait another day.

I didn't find this super easy to install and needed some extra help to get it all working smoothly but customer service was amazing and they have gone above and beyond to get things working smoothly whilst also suggesting other changes to make things work better.

We have a brick and mortar store and an ecommerce site and we needed an app that allowed us to calculate shipping costs for local delivery and allow customers to pickup orders in store. This app does both perfectly and has all customizable options you could want. Andrew went above and beyond to make a few small changes to the way my cart was displaying and he answered a question for me minutes after I sent it.

I had a review saying don't trust their 14 day free trial, but it turns out it was a miscommunication and they fully refunded my money. I have used it for a few weeks and I can say this: Pros: It's actually pretty robust, which great options. I've chatted with most of the employees on email and they are a very friendly and responsive bunch. Improvement: It's not for me at this stage but that's ONLY because I need separate collections to have separate rules. Some things to be picked up only, some things to be delivered only etc. That won't be an issue for the vast majority of people. Aside from that tiny hindrance, it's a great app and I wish the team the best.

I operate a local bakery that will not be shipping products. We are becoming the first bakery in our market to do an extensive delivery program. This app has easily allowed me to modify the Shopify platform to meet me specific needs. The features of the app allows me to choose what products are in-store pick-up only versus in-store and delivery, determine various ways to restrict delivery, while allowing the customer to pick dates and time slots for pick-up or delivery. This is a game changer app for our industry.

The Help Team at Zapiet was very responsive and worked with me to answer my questions so that I was able to successfully update my shopping platform. I really appreciate the Zapiet team!

I was getting SUPER frustrated when our check out button wouldn't work the day we were going to launch our Valentines day product for local delivery. Thankfully, Andrew came in to save the day! Works great. And when there are glitches, customer service is good. They respond within 24 hours, I'd say.

It really help my online store noticed this season. App support team responded quickly on my queries. Although I need to reinstall due to the seasonality of my store. Looking forward to use this again next season.

The app and the team are amazing!

The app itself works pretty decently, but what I'm really giving 5 stars for is the swift, empathetic, and awesome team behind this app! They we're great with helping us out when our shop was having trouble with the programs. They're staff responded quickly to our inquiry, and was patient with us and our lack of knowledge. They fixed the issue without needing hardly any of our (precious) time and courteously notified us when the issue was resolved. The app itself has been used a handful of times by locals, especially those requesting they're items are giftwraped, which is awesome. We love this app during the holiday season!

This is a great store pickup + delivery app! The support team is always very friendly and helpful. Once again, Jessica is a wonderful service provider. She is quick to respond, understands unique problems easily and communicates user needs effectively to developers, and vice versa. She resolved our issue in a matter of minutes! 10 out of 10 for Jessica - she's a delight to work with!

This app is fantastic and the support is equally as fantastic! Support really helped with the big as well as small issues we had, and it looks great and very professional when customers use it to checkout. It is easily the best store pickup app available. Thank you guys for all of your help!

I cannot say enough good things about this APP! The support I have received is outstanding, and the cleaness and functionality of the App itself is second to none! SP+D is working awesome for me. Whenever an issue was encountered a developer from Zapiet responded as soon as they could given the time difference from CA to Europe. And went into our site and fixed the issue ASAP. We have store pickup, local delivery, and nationwide shipping working flawlessly. Local delivery is feeding info to Deliv just fine. And this app works great with Zapier. When an order is placed, no matter the fulfillment type, SP+D sends all required data to our orders spreadsheet and Slack channel via Zapier. Yes it takes times and patience and know-how to make all this happen, but once it's done it all works like a Swiss watch. I highly recommend this app! A+

I really really wanted this app to work as described. Looks great on paper. We used this app for about 5 months. Unfortunately, Its buggy and an unreliable and I do not recommend it. Moreover, it has a large limitation which Zapiet do not mention up front. Because of the way it works, it does not easily allow the user to switch shipping methods after they proceeded to checkout. Shopify caches the method and the user is stuck with that shipping method until the cache resets. We were extremely patient with the Zapiet team to fix and address these issues but they just gave us an endless runaround. Very disappointed.

The app is doing exactly what it supposed to. We have plenty of customization we can make. Very versatile app. The support is very friendly and clear in their explanations.

Zapiet's Store Pickup + Delivery app has been crucial for our online business. On top of that, their support team has been nothing but helpful. They've gone above and beyond to make sure our site is working correctly in time for the holidays, even making time to schedule a phone call in spite of the 8 hour time difference. We can't say enough good things about this app and the team that makes it happen!
