I had a shopify partner log into my store after they did some work, approve a copon harvester to take commission out of my store $352 down so far. Complete scam, do not download this app. Waiting on shopify support now however I am not hopeful.

We have been utilizing Shopify Collabs for the past 10 months and it has really helped to significantly enhance our influencer and affiliate partner strategies. This platform is incredibly intuitive, simplifying the creation of affiliate links, tracking sales, and managing product gifting. One of the standout features of Collabs is its strategic flexibility. We can seamlessly optimize our creators and their links around critical sales or promotions and new product launches. For example, Collabs makes it quite easy to adjust our strategies by moving creators between different tiers, allowing us to increase their codes and links during key time periods. Additionally, with seamless automations through integrations like Klaviyo/Flow, communication with our influencers is efficient and scalable. We've explored other affiliate platforms, but Collabs, while not entirely perfect, definitely leads the market in user experience and capabilities for both merchants and creators. In today's evolving influencer landscape, where it often feels "pay-to-play," it's challenging to justify additional tech or platform fees on top of influencer payments. The inclusion of Collabs in our existing Shopify subscription allows us to reallocate those savings directly towards influencer partnerships, maximizing our investment. We do see room for improvement with the onboarding features for new creators, particularly for those with whom we don't yet have established relationships. It would be a game-changer if new creators could accept gifts more seamlessly without needing to set up an account. Currently, we approach these partnerships incrementally by sending gifts manually to build genuine relationships, eventually setting them up with an affiliate code through Collabs. While this method is effective, a more streamlined process would be even better. Overall, Shopify Collabs is an essential asset for our business and we plan for this to become a key sales channel for us as we scale the brand.

It's pretty smooth except we really, really, really need two features: a way to offer our affiliates a spot bonus and a way to give them a minimum threshold each month. These features would make such a difference for us!

The Collabs interface and overall app is very helpful and easy to use - however it feels extremely limiting in terms of how brands can search for and discover creators that fit what they're looking for. Priority suggestions/wishlist from a brand using Collabs: -Better/more demographic search filters (Age, Interests, Local Regions) -Would love a "Top Suggested Influencers" page or tab that offers intelligent suggestions on creators we should reach out to -Make it easy to see when creators are ACTIVE on Shopify Collabs or add a "Badge" to creators who are more active than others (this would be HUGE for brands using Collabs)

Don't loose your money here. "influencers" will receive the product and your money is gone if you don't have a contract. If you are big enough to have contracts you wouldn't use this anyway. Shopify must force creators to do their job or we should be able to impose the ones by leaving a feedback about them and other sellers should be able to see the reviews of that creator.

If you want to lose business, hurt the relationship you have with possible influencers and allow Shopify to charge you up to $10,000 while holding the funds and not paying influencers for over 6 weeks - then download this trash of an app. It has been the worse decision my business ever made. Please please please do not make the mistake of EVER using this.

Excelente. Automatiza el seguimiento y pago de comisiones para aquellas personas que me ayudan a promover y vender mis libros. Por medio de cookies, la aplicación "recuerda" si un cliente usó el código de un colaborador en las últimas semanas y atribuye la venta aunque no se haya especificado el código del colaborador de nuevo.

Beware!!!! Echoing countless other shop owners, this program allows scammers to promote your products using pre-existing discount codes and then pays them commissions automatically without disclosing it to you. By the time we realized this was happening, we had already paid out hundreds of dollars to "creators" who had never applied to work with our brand and were never approved to earn commissions. The majority of the payments went to a scam website that hosted FAKE reviews of our product. When I brought this to Shopify's attention, they told me that we were at fault for not "catching" the affiliate payments earlier and that there was no recourse to recoup the funds. Furthermore, I am still being charged for additional "affiliate commissions" after completely removing Shopify Collabs from our account and reporting all of this to Shopify Support. Stay away from this app.

So far not many complaints but think there are a ton of improvements that could be made. Would love to see a way to rate the creators so as a brand we understand the past experiences with that creator. Also when recruiting would be nice to have more data to filter on, like age, interests. Thanks

Shopify doesn't do enough promotion/recruiting to attract high level creators to the Collabs app. Having influencers with larger audiences would make it more of a go-to for brands and creators alike. And solve the "which affiliate platform should we use" dilemma that small brands and creators go through. As a small brand, Collabs is the most affordable, user-friendly way to share profits. Making Collabs the obvious choice should be a priority for Shopify.
