Collabs is a great system for influencer/affiliate marketing. We have used other apps before and this has really taken the stress and hassle out of everything. They are constantly evolving and we cannot wait to see what they have in-store next!

Shopify Collabs is a dream come true. It has helped us scale our Affiliate Program and increase overall sales. The automatic payments are convenient as well. I would definitely recommend this app!

please review those fake influencers data before you go on into business with them. I have taken the time to review Instagram and youtubers accounts, there's no legit ways those accounts get so many 10's of thousands of subscribers and no views with 2 videos posted! A lot of IG accounts look good on paper but when you actually read the comments you can see that they are from comment pods of other fake influencers doing the same thing.

Affiliate manager app for free - what can I say. Love the functionality too. FREE PAYPAL MASS PAYOUTS LETS GOOOO. Wish there was one big button to pay all affiliates at once though.

Shopify Collabs is by far the easiest collab tool to set up, kick-off, and maintain. While they are still adding new features, its come a long way in just a few months. Since the Shopify Flow integration, its opened the doors to automation. I highly recommend trying it out before you invest in other (much more expensive) tools.

I have tried it on several mobile phones. It doesn't work with other brands either. It only works on the computer. Can someone help/fix this?

We really like how simple the set up is and how easy it is to reach out to creators. However, when we try to get creators to sign up we have a lot of creators that run into errors and then choose to opt out of the affiliate program. Then to make it worse we have reached out to support and not got any feedback. That issue is a big issue for us but if resolved would be a 5 star app.

Do not use this App if you have Markets in use with redirects based on location. The app would be 5 star review if not for the fact that affiliate links don't redirect based on Market. If you have .co.uk, .com and .eu domains everyone who visits your store via an affiliate link will be sent to your primary domain, meaning if you have your website localised it's totally useless. Major design flaw unfortunately, spending weeks localising your website to end having to unlocalise it to use this app is a grim experience.

A very good app, simple to set it up - Very Robust and no shit code to disturb theme....Hosting affiliates on shopify domain creates it more trustworthy and safe for affiliates - Negative reviews are by those cynical idiots who wants 24/7 contact support and for an app that is free is hard to provide you 24/7 support....Get your keyborad in some use. Thanks shopify for this app, I would suggest to add a feature that enables merchants invite potential affiliates from the app.

Just making the influencer sign up for a Shopify account is a deal killer. Not working at all. I was hoping to be a good platform but unfortunately, it sucks!

I have also been having troubles wiht the sign in process. Affiliates have not been able to lnk there accounts and then getting error messages and then not being able t complete the process. Huge game breaker. Added features around storing creative and content for the influeceers to use would also be very useful. I am switching provider.

Has great potential but needs some extra bits adding to make it awesome !! 1. Auto assigning tiers to new affiliates should be an option if running multiple options 2. When selecting collections within the tiers allow multiple selections not one at a time rather time consuming when you have multiple collections 3. On commission options a option for "FIXED AMOUNT PER PRODUCT" should be a choice if i want to pay someone $10 for selling a specific product I'm promoting this should be available. You should be able to assign multiple commission options to one tier as well 4. A Media Area where we can upload media for those we are collaborating with so that they can share brand specific promotional content with there followers 5. Other forms of paying the affiliates not just Paypal

Seriously amazing. Can't believe this app is free. We were paying $10k per year for Sideqik before we found this. The "recruiting" features could be more robust but heck, it's free. I love that you can change the discount code but keep the same affiliate link. Everything tracks well too. Love how seamlessly this app works with Shopify's back end. It automatically applies the coupon code when someone visits an affiliate link too. Love the tier system as well. I'd love to see a direct deposit payout method added. Would also love to see the ability to create dynamic coupon codes that automatically change every so often but tie to the same affiliate link. That would prevent Honey and Capital One Shopping from snagging our influencers' codes. I'd give this app 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much for making this!!!!

Great, easy installation app but room for improvement. Really great way to get afiliates working, could use a few Quality-of-life improvements however. First on the free products gifts, it would be great to be able to specify a collection rather than just specific products, the ability to choose how many of those are free is great but it would help if you could also choose a whole collection. A resources page for collaborators. a simple space for collaborators to download simple images to place on their store, logos, and the like, bonus points if you can create an image generator with the collaborator's code / link. Edit: I would also love an automated gift system. I.e. is a collaborator makes x number of sales or y amount of sales value, they could either get a free gift or an upgrade in their status. Having this clearly shown on the page will really incentivize collaborators to do so.

I love that the app is free and works well at tracking conversions as well as syncs up with ReCharge, our subscription app for recurring purchases/commissions. They've made some necessary updates already too which I love. I hope these can be next on the list as these are a few feature requests we need: #1 - The ability for us to edit the promo code of our affiliate after they've been accepted if someone wants to change theirs. Right now there's no way for us to do that and it's super annoying. #2 - The ability to ADD a purchase as a conversion to an affiliate's account. Right now there's no way to do that and having a manual option would be great since we know some conversions are coming from a specific affiliate based on the customer including their name in their application. #3 - Being able to email our affiliate directly from the dashboard! My only option at the moment is to see if I can set up automation so I can do this on autopilot with my ESP. #4 - The ability for us to upload and provide assets to our affiliates as a content hub if you will of the different sales/promotions/products we have that they can then use to promote our products.

I only wish you could directly reach out to affiliates via collabs through the discover feature. It would be great if there was a way to email or msg them.
