【台灣商家請不要使用這個APP】 這個系統對台灣用戶根本無法運作。創作者無法註冊銀行帳戶，所有分潤金都被凍結。我只能自行墊款給創作者。客服僅提供制式回覆，完全無法解決問題。這個平台對台灣市場並不友善。 Taiwanese merchants, do NOT use this platform. It’s completely unusable for businesses in Taiwan. Creators are unable to register their bank accounts, and all commissions are being withheld. I’ve had to pay my creators manually out of pocket. Reaching out to customer support only results in generic, scripted replies—no one actually helps. This platform is not ready for the Taiwanese market.

I would love it if was easier to edit and update the email address for collaborators and change their url if necessary.

*edit* I was just offered a bribe of $30USD to change my review to 5 star lol *edit* I saw that the bad reviews were from the open affiliate program, so i decided to try it for an invite only program. It just doesn't work. Attributions are inconsistent at best. Shopify shouldn't release and market a product that clearly does not work.

Collabs is ok but it was better when affiliates could apply through the collabs app

No longer allows sign-ups due to a glitch - I've spent over a month now from the time I reported the issue but it continues and I haven't seen a follow-up. My applicants connect a social account but can't submit their application because it says "a social account must be connected". It happens to me, as well. Besides this, the interface is still unintuitive. It takes me at least 5 clicks to find the setting or page I'm looking for. They did a facelift last year but it didn't help much. A mega-menu would be much easier than lots of pages with subtle buttons/tabs sprinkled around them. Once things are set up, it works reasonably well for being free. I would have it at 4 stars without the glitch.

Hello. The application is great. I have a big problem. There is no Turkish language support. I want to send an invite mail but there are non-Turkish domains. So I can't send. Can you help me?

Simply the best once you figure out all the tiny details.

Really enjoying this app. Great way to work with my affiliates. Like how everything is handled in one location and I don’t have to do anything manually.
