Looks like very poor app. Its free to install and use but thats only 1 profit. I tried to conneckt my store, I had account on CJ for few months now, and when tried "log in" it just says " sorry, you are not logged in". Lol. Also their terms of use are a bit weird. No responsability for almost nothing. You got scammed via their platfor or similar looking site? - your problem. Bad quality of produckt / fail in manufacture - your problem. Produckts description: material - cloth. What the H is "CLOTH" lol.

I've been dropshipping for about 8 years and I've been using cj dropshipping for the last 4 years and even linked it to my shopify store as an app. systems and shipping are very fast, and customer service is also very fast. the last one needed a document and John from customer service provided such a fast response that our problem was solved within the same day. thanks cj.

I am beyond furious with my experience here. I spent $330 total ($230 for product samples plus an insane amount for shipping, and another $100 just to clear customs) because I was planning to stock these items in my store. I needed to verify the quality first, and that was the biggest mistake I could have made. When the package arrived, the quality was absolutely abysmal. I didn’t just complain; I did my due diligence. I sent them clear, high-definition photos and detailed videos showing every single defect the very next day. Instead of a refund or any professional support, they treated me like I was stupid. They sent me back four random, low-quality videos dated from completely different days, claiming they "checked" the products and found no defects. It is an insulting, gaslighting tactic to avoid taking responsibility for their faulty merchandise. They effectively stole $330 from me and showed zero interest in customer service or quality control. If you are a business owner or a consumer looking for reliable products, STAY AWAY. This is by far the worst service I have ever dealt with. Total waste of time and money.

CJdropshipping support is good and fast response. While AliExpress cannot ship products to India, CJdropshipping can ship it to India. CJdropshipping can also provide warehouse services around the world. We have tried many platforms (e.g. Wiio, HyperSKU which are very bad services) and only CJdropshipping can meet our expectation. We thank CJdropshipping so much that for their honest, reliable and professional services.

My agent Billy was very helpful and patient. He was able to give me the USPS Tracking Number when I could not find it.

CJ has been pretty easy to use, although the site is a little outdated and slow but overall Ive had a good experience with it. Their customer service is awesome. Angel has been really great and very patient with me asking a million questions. She's been very thorough and helped explain things in an easy to understand way which I appreciate. Especially being a new business owner and just starting to deal with ecommerce and inventory. It can be overwhelming but she has made the experience better for me. Thanks Angel!

DONT USE!!! you cannot copy tracking numbers off the mobile app on iphone. secondly the user interface is very poor, confusing and hard to use. Additionally shipping is incredible expensive and almost never as fast as advertised. it is very hard to link it to your store and theres often fulfilment issues. the tracking information is very basic and never registers properly on shopify for whatever reason. And if you make a mistake in the shipping information it can take up to 2 weeks to change regardless of if your "agent" knows about it. And if you miss the expiry date your money will vanish into thin air with no refund available. I even had one order fail border security and sent back to the manufacturer without any notification. The amount of customers that won't do business with me again becuase of cj shipping issues would be massive i regret ever signing up. "the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten" just pay the extra to get a professional dropshipping service, don't bother with this. I lost $80 because i made a mistake with an orders address however i was unable to fix my mistake for 2 weeks and it slipped my mind, it then expired without any notification or warning my $80 vanished with no refund available. they then offered a $2 coupon on my next purchase after i called them out in their shortcomings... it's clear money comes before customer service and customer relations with this lot. try to find someone who actual cares and values relationships over $80... i will never purchase with them again.

She was able to find a supplier for a specific product I asked and always ready to help to reach out to suppliers when needed. Great Job!

Sobald es zu Problemen bei einer Sendung kommt wird das einfach ignoriert und man bekommt sein Geld nicht zurück, außerdem können und wollen sie nicht nach neuester DSGVO vom 13.12.2024 arbeiten. Es gibt keine bevollmächtigte Europäische Wirschaftsperson und Angaben zu Hersteller und Bevollmächtigten Personen in der EU werden auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht bekanntgegeben und somit werden die Produkte die von CJ Versendet werden illegal in die EU eingeführt. Leider ist somit der europäische Händler also in diesem Fall ihr die einzige greifbare Person und werdet somit rechtlich für deren misserabele und illegale Arbeit zur Rechenschaft gezogen. HAltet euch fern von CJ Dropshipping ihr bekommt nur Probleme damit
