I'm quite satisfied with CJ Dropshipping overall. I had some issues at the beginning, but my agent (Whalen) resolved everything and took care of me as soon as he became aware of the problems. He fixed all my concerns in less than an hour (despite the time difference). Thanks again, Whalen.

I have been working with CJ Dropshipping from the beginning and I love its organization. I have had doubts, and whenever I needed help, Customer Support has been straightforward, clear, and very helpful. Recently, I had some invoice issues. I reached out to support and Bin Han was so very helpful and friendly. He explained what I had to do in order to have the information I needed in an easier and clearer way. Thank you so much for your help and patience, Bin! I can't be more satisfied with my experience!

An agent named Carman needs a raise! I had some trouble with my shipment and he gave easy to understand instructions and I was able to get it resolved! Please give him a raise!!!!

I'm thoroughly impressed with CJ Dropshipping. It offers a seamless platform that simplifies the entire dropshipping process. I've had the pleasure of working with Chad Wen as my CJ Dropshipping agent, and I must say, he's been absolutely fantastic. Chad is incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues I encounter.

Their customer support stands out for its exceptional quality, providing dedicated agents who cater to all our requirements. We are extremely satisfied with the attention and care we've received. Additionally, their user-friendly system surpasses those of other 3PLs and fulfillment services we've used previously. Suki Huang's responsiveness and assistance were particularly noteworthy.

I ordered from CJ twice for my customers and both times it was not a good experience. The product listings and pictures CJ provides are just estimations of the general type of item your customer will get and there's no way to see if it's even in stock until after your customer orders and is already expecting a shipment. Meanwhile, the other dropshippers I use provide a smooth and fast experience with decent quality products, and provide automated stock updates. I'm in the process of replacing all my CJ listings with ones from other dropshippers, even though it's more expensive. I do not recommend CJ at all. Save yourself the headache and stay away. The low prices are not worth the hassle.
