I like the platform. It is easy to learn. I suggest you watch their videos on Youtube first. The listing product pages usually include weak information. However, the agents are helpful and knowledgeable about the whole dropshipping process. You can ask them any questions. I recommend!

Mandy is a great agent from this company. She replies to me within 10 minutes every time when I have issues. Their shipping options are pretty reliable when it comes to timeframes. You can even post your sourcing request via a simple chrome extension. Would recommend to give them a shot.

Beyond Helpful. I normally work with Eden (who is Fabulous), but today when I reached out Billy was there to assist. I honestly didn't expect someone to answer since it is a Holiday, but Billy answered all of my questions and responded so quickly I couldn't believe it. Good company that is easy to work with, have been using CJ for almost 3 years now and it's the reason my store has become as successful as it is. Private inventory and global warehouses are a must for fast shipping times and CJ takes much of the work out of setting everything up. Special thanks to my agent Isabella who is just brilliant in making sure things run smoothly. She is responsive and informative. By far the greatest benefit of CJ is their experienced agents and Isabella has been a pleasure to work with.
