I had a really great experience with Angel from CJdropshipping customer support. She helped me with all of my questions patiently and made everything easy to understand. Whenever I was confused or stuck, she took the time to guide me properly instead of giving rushed replies. Overall, CJdropshipping has always listened whenever I faced issues in my dropshipping journey, and Angel is a perfect example of that support. Really appreciate the help and dedication, highly recommended!

Good agent, everything is automated and fulfillment works decently fast.They are polite but could improve on speed with communication. Prices are sharp. Bowen is a good guy and try to help me the best he can.

Cary's has been amazing since I took her on as a Private personal agent, she has been quick and helpful, she is also based in Hangzhou which is the Birthplace of Jack Ma and therefore Alibaba/Express. This makes sourcing much easier and faster, she has a speciality in sourcing clothes too. Much Recommended Ms.Carys. I also dealt with Box Chen later when I had issues with stocking and syncing of stock from my store to CJ. He helped me every step of the way and guided me with clear instructions, we worked together from both ends to ensure the problem was solved. I asked for his patience and we ended up spending half an hour fixing the problem. Truly Mr.Chen has been an absolute life-saver and helped get my store off the ground ready for traffic. He also spent time explaining all the questions I had and provided great support overall.

I just making this review to show my love and respect for the private agent CJ recently assigned me, his name is Stan, let me repeat Stan. I am 100% sure not a single person is better then Stan on this platform, If some senior reading this just Promote Stan to highest post, He deserve it and make CJ best ever! Its been more then year I am working on CJ and I have many good and many bad experience both on CJ platform, but from the day Stan is assigned its not just agent its a Friend, its something I can't explain! and now I just wish I can somehow thanks him by bringing max to CJ, I forgot all bad experience i had on CJ which sometime happens I understand but now on its just Good vibes.
