I find CJ human agents like Sini Liu extremely helpful in tracking order although the platform can be intimidating and could do with a better overal design they have helped drive my business on platforms such as Shopify and eBay.

Great Experience with CJdropshipping Thanks to My Agent Kerin! I’ve been using CJdropshipping for a while and the platform has gotten much faster and more reliable. Processing times, tracking updates, and sourcing are much better now. But the main reason for this 5-star review is my agent Kerin. Kerin is super responsive, professional, and always helpful. He replies quickly, solves problems fast, helps source products, and offers the best shipping options based on my needs. He also keeps me updated on my orders without me having to ask. A good agent makes dropshipping so much easier, and Kerin is definitely one of the best!
