CJ's platform is great, but the five-star service truly comes from my agent, Mango. She is the best! Always incredibly fast to respond and proactive in getting things done. My account manager, Roxane Liu is the worst agent you can imagine! Not responsive, not solving problems, only generic and incompetent answers! My previous agent was amazing compared to Roxane, but she left for some reason. I asked to speak with her supervisor to discuss the issues i have with her and that she is not responsive to my messages on time, not solving problems, not giving even information as to what is happening with my orders! Solve your logistics delays and agent issues before your most consistent clients leave you! Because that is what will happen soon if the situation didn't change! What's funny is that i recently reached LEVEL 4, suggesting i have "order processing priority", but instead my orders are still delayed even more than before!
