WORST COMPANY EVER MET!!!! From the very beginning, my experience with this company was terrible. Their customer service is extremely slow — every time a different operator answers, and it takes forever to get a solution. I had an issue with 10 orders(my first ordrers) They told me after a week that the product was out of stock, even though their website clearly showed it was available. Later, I found another company that provides the same type of service. I wanted to ship all my invetory(like thank you cards and some stickers,) a small package (around 2 kg) from them, they tried to charge me an outrageous “outbound fee” of $84 — just to send something from China to China! They are liars, scammers, and I would never recommend anyone to use this company. For reference, the manager I was in contact with was Isabela Xie. Avoid working with them at all costs.

I am doing dropshipping for the first time..and I am really happy with this app ...The system works very fast and smoothly. What I liked the most was the customer service. Especially "Jonathan" he was incredibly supportive, answered all my questions with patience, and helped me understand the system much better. He made my work so much easier, and I really appreciate his help. I also thanks him.. I can confidently recommend this app to anyone who wants to do dropshipping...
