This app is effective. The people are friendly and very responsive. You don't have to deal with individual sellers; you only communicate with CJD. They work 24/7. Excellent service, we have had so much help and constant support from our cj rep Aron. He is always quick to answer and look into any questions we have. Aron was even willing to schedule a call and work through any questions we had for hours.
