I just downloaded this app, so I'm still getting started with it, but so far so good. What I really want to review is the customer service I received. Awesome. I have very little experience with setting up a website, so my knowledge for coding is nil, but I received a quick response after contacting them for help and they were great to resolve the issue.

Love this app and the support is amazing. I worked with Mandy and she was incredibly helpful and reliable. Nothing got past her and she was able to help me with all my needs as quickly as possible. She was also fun to chat with and so nice. Would recommend this app a million times over!

This app solves a massive problem when you have too many variants for a single product. It also allows for other options which are not available as standard on Shopify. It's a must have app in my opinion and the customer service is great. I needed a modification to the standard layout and it was done in a day. Brilliant!

I used Infinite Option in combination with Uploadery to allow my customers to add extensive personalised information required for each order, everything from large text fields to checkboxes. I'm not technical at all and it was really easy set up and any parts I had difficulty with, the support team helped me straight away. I feel confident I can make the edits I need to going forward. Great app and really good support!

This app helped me give my customers options without coding and being able to charge for gift boxes like I do on other platforms is an unexpected bonus. And 100% free! :-)

The more I use this app the more I like it. Not only is it a FREE app (don't get many of those) it actually works really well. I had to reach out to support about a question and they were fast to reply and went ahead and made some adjustments I wasn't aware could be done to make it even better. Highly recommend giving this app a go and also reaching out to support to check if it's all installed right to give you the most from the app.

I was able to use Infinite Options to input more personalization fields for my jewelry company. The support team was very helpful when I had trouble with something, especially Matt V! They have videos that help you go through each step of installation and how to incorporate it in your website. I highly recommend this app!

Love this app, work well for my options on my products. They installed the code for me and I did the rest with the help of their videos
