Infinite Product Options

I have a ton of personalized products on my retail website. I installed infinite options and it worked great! Because I'm new to this whole designing a website thing, I changed my theme in shopify and didn't realize it would affect my options I had spent so much time on. I called Infinite Options customer service and they not only logged into my account and installed the app on my new theme, they also added additional code to make the personalization options look better and gel better with my new theme! That would have taken me hours to figure out and it was done within 10 minutes. Thank you Infinite Options!

It's easy to use and opens within the Shopify interface, the documentation is good, and the CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS GREAT! This app fills a huge gap in Shopify's capabilities! It's free, really, and they aren't using your data or customer information in any way...(I double checked the privacy policy). The only thing it doesn't have that I want is dependencies between the option sets...hopefully in a future release it will!

I was having trouble locating my product.liquid file to install this app, so I contacted customer service for help. A lovely person, Mandy offered to do it for me and just like that it was installed and ready to go. Once installed, the options were easy to create and apply to your products. Fantastic customer service and a great app. Thank you!!

App work like a magic. It's so useful to boost sales while you simply give customer an quick option to buy associated products with simple click. Support team is awesome, they write a code to best fit for my theme and requirement. So good, thank you guys. Oh, it's FREE! Can't imagine!

I have installed this app and during installation, I stuck in codes. I have contacted support and a wonderful guy name Logan helped me a lot and he fixed my codes. I really recommend this app, they have really amazing customer service. UPDATE: I want to leave another 5-star review because they helped me again, Logan was really helpful and he provides really quick and wonderful service. Perfect customer service. So once again, If I could rate I will rate Logan with 5-star review and I would recommend Infinite Options app, they are offering you all that your shop needs.

* UPDATE * Even though I had already given this app 5 stars because it worked so well. I ran into a couple of issues last week that prevented the app from doing what it is supposed to do. Apparently there was an issue in my theme that prevented the app from actually adding a bundled product to the customer's cart. Annette and the developers at ShopPad were timely in responding to my emails and incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. Great app! It is exactly as described and works easy and fast! We had it set up within a few minutes.

This app solved the problem of limited variants and upsells for me. Had a minor bug with adding to cart button, and support fixed it within a couple of hours. Outstanding.

We use this app to accentuate the options already present in shopify. it allows us to customize product options as we see fit and expand on the amount of variants needed to make a great user experience.

Amazing App!!! I just used it to make a simple text message box under my "add cart" button. Really easy to do. I needed some customization of the textbox with its placement, and loading time on my web page. The Infinite Options support team went above and beyond, super awesome customer support! Totally recommend!

This app is by far my favorite as we have so many choices for our customers when it comes to customization. I've had a few issues with the app not working with some other apps I was trying, but since this is my top useful one, I ditched the others so I could keep this. The staff at ShopPad have always been quick to respond and get me rolling again.

Fantastic service. I had a problem and it was solved immediately on email. The staff really know what they're talking about and were so helpful. Really recommend if you want to add fields to your order pages and tailor-make your store.
