Anette and Anh have been a great help, Ran into some issues and they were all fixed in a very short time. They took an extra mile to speed up the loading time, implemented style sheet and removed duplicated form fields. Very impressed.

I've been using this app for several months now, and it's fantastic! It allows me to set up options for the client to check, various things to add on to a purchase. I noticed that the selections that were showing up on the product page and the checkout page were not showing up on the cart page. I emailed support and Mandy got back to me within a few hours, asked for some screen shots, and right away added some code to my shop and it was fixed! Your support was so responsive. Very Impressed. I had trouble implementing only one product with 30.000+ variants on the homepage. Infinite Options made it possible for me and the assistance I received was superfast, professional and efficient! This is one of the best apps to be used in Shopify.

My first Shopify Review. Their support is great. I had a response immediately on chat. Ahn knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me a solution to it. Great app and team. So far so good. There instructions are very easy to understand. You can tell that the business has good intentions. Jab, jab, jab, hook.

I used this app to help add an engraving section to my products. I paid the initial set up fee of $20 to have them integrate into my shopify store for me. They were finished by the next day and sent me a link with easy to follow tutorials on how to add my customization options to my product. I'm very shocked at how fast and helpful they are considering the app is completely free. It was very, very easy to add the options to my products. I was afraid that using the app would make my products load slower and that was not an issue (: I am very satisfied and would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! We had a problem using the app on our theme and the customer support was knowledable and responsive - probably the best I've experienced from a Shopify app. Would highly recommend. A tip for anyone using the app - if your theme is using an AJAX cart you may have to deactivate this for the app to work correctly.

I use this app for options that I have that need to be independent of my inventory. This is the perfect solution for me! On top of being a very useful app, the customer service has been amazing. I'm so grateful for their help since my knowledge of coding is very limited.
