Past experience with apps on Shopify has always left me feeling nickeled and dimed. Not with these guys. Not only is the app itself great, but their support is super helpful and quick to respond. I'm pleasantly surprised by everything experienced with this app so far.

This is a great app (I hope they will add more features like swatches), mostly I enjoined the quick and professional responses to issues i had.

Absolute the best app of it's kind. I tried free-trials on some of the paid apps, and this one blew those out of the water! Plus their support staff is extremely responsive and friendly. Better than some of the support I've received for other paid services in the past. I had a rather urgent issue I discovered and after sending them an email I had a resolution in 30 minutes. Great work to this team! Keep up the great work and build us all other cool apps!

The functionality was just what I needed for my single product with a good deal of personalization. I have next to no coding experience but with their super clear video tutorials, I was able to add the necessary code to my theme without issue. And when I had a minor styling issue with the appearance of personalization details on my cart page, ShopPad was very responsive and fixed it up for me quickly. Very happy to have found Infinite Options!

Seriously, This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Not only is this streamlining my workload, but it was so easy to install and when I ran into a simple issue, the customer service was quick, responsive and fixed my issue perfectly with no downtime. I am so grateful for this app, and with great service like this company has given, I will be sure to keep an eye on their other apps to purchase down the line. Seriously if you need customization options on your products or service, don't waste time with the code. Just get this app and keep it moving!! Thanks so much!!!
