When I started building my website and thinking of the options that I needed Shopify was very helpful and offering this infinite options app. I reached out to infinite options and Nicole help install and setup the checkout options that I needed she went above and beyond what I had even asked for and was very helpful for me. Not being tech savvy or have ever even created a website I really needed something simple and easy and people that understood. So far I feel like everyone that I've come encounter with with this app has been very responsive very detailed and very willing to help. The only kind I would say that may need Improvement is I've worked with three or four different people to set up when I needed and maybe could be something to look into that you only work with one person so you're not having to bounce around people but maybe that's how they handle requests they're in different departments I'm not sure. But overall I think everyone who has a website and needs options for their products for check out this is the app to get. Worth every dollar

Exactly what we need, and Shopify was even able to make it so that external links could autofill a text field.

Finding an app as good as this was the deal breaker for me to make my move from Squarespace to Shopify, it has been truly a life saver for my store. & there customer support is unreal - I had an urgent question and they answered it within 5 minutes of sending the email. 5 Star app with 5 star customer service! Brilliant app, exactly what I was looking for. I did find installation confusing as tutorial did not show exact information i needed for my theme, I opted for $20 fee and it was handled efficiently within stated time of 24 hours. Once I played around with app and got used to how it works, it is great. So far, my experience with this app has been excellent!

Super quick customer service. Nailed the layout I was trying to achieve within minutes. Looks great and happy with the service. The price is completely worth it to avoid trying to figure it out myself. Would of spent that on coffee staying up all night. Thanks Again!

I'm new in Shopify, just started to create my first store and I've chosen this app for product customisation. I'm not code genius or something, just a simple guy who installed the app, followed very simple and clear install guide process and everything is working now. Had a problem with alignment, contacted the customer service straight away through live chat and Anish from customer service responded in seconds. I've explained my problem and step by step in just few minutes she helped me out. 5/5 keep up the good work Anish and whole Infinite Options app team! Thank you.

Well other than the fact that this app is FREE, they have great customer service! I think users need to keep in mind that this is a free app and act accordingly. I had an issue with the options not showing up in my order emails. I double checked my code and that I installed it correctly. It still did not work. I then emailed Infinite Options offering to pay for their time spent correcting my code. They refused payment and asked for a review. Well worth it! I need to mention that the options work perfectly. The issue I am referring to is a minor irritation that I wanted to get rid of. Even if we couldn't resolve it, I would still be loving this free tool and would be giving them 5 stars!

Been using Infinite Options with great success - so flexible! And the continual updates just keep making it more streamlined and efficient, love it!

I set up shopify stores for clients. This is by far one of the most useful apps. It allows for easy set up of options, looks great and the product support is outstanding!

This is a great app, it works perfect. We had a little issue in the beginning with our theme interfering with it but we contacted Infinite Options and they were able to correct it right away. Awesome customer support.
