Support team are professional, courteous, quick and most importantly very good at what they do. Thank you Emily and Annette, you helped fix a huge headache for me. I would highly recommend this app, not only because of the top tier service, but also because it offers a ton of options other apps do not. (Trust me, I went thru about 6-7 before coming back to this 1). 5/5 Stars, excited to be working with you !

Easy to install and works great. Love that the location for the options is very flexible. They provided some good customization help as well.

App functions just as we needed and their care team are phenomenal - very quick response and always had a solution when we wanted to make some small changes.

Atendimento de exelencia, muito rapido e resolutivo. Porém se você estiver pensando em usar o checkout da yampi em sua loja não use esse app, pois as variações some da pagina do pedido. isso pra mim foi o pior gargalo do app. Ao imprimir o pedido do cliente sai sem a variação. Esse app so vai funcionar se vc usar o checkout proprio da shopify. tentei solucionar via chamado com eles, e não tem outra opção a não ser usar o checkout da shopify. O aplicativo é top, mais peçou de mais nesse quisito.

I needed help fixing a bug. IO immediately got back to me and fixed the problem in an hour. This was so seamless. We've used them for years and have never had an issue!

条件分岐により複雑なオプションを付けられますし、タグによりオプションの有無を制御できるため、非常に有用なアプリです。また、テーマのアップデートによりバンドル商品がカートに追加されなくなった際は迅速に修正対応していただけました。 デザインをショップに適したものにするには、HTML＆CSSで変更する必要があります。その点だけは注意が必要です。逆に言えば、好みのデザインにできるのはメリットでもあります。様々なオプションを柔軟に設置したい場合は、本アプリが最適解となるでしょう。

What an amazing app! I've been in need of ShopPad's Infinite Options solution for years and am so happy to have recently found it. Also being able to use IO for add-on products was an unexpected bonus and the conditional logic functionality prevents things from looking cluttered and definitely helps to foster a more professional vibe on my product pages. Lastly, Kelly F. and the other Customer Success Specialists at ShopPad are very responsive, remarkably patient and kind and go above and beyond to address my needs whenever I have to reach out to them! Thanks ever so very much y'all!!

This app is all that it is hyped up to be and more! Easy to use, 14 day trial, up and running in just a few minutes, I really have nothing to complain about. Shopify told us that what we wanted to do was not possible but after working with crew at Infinite Options my shop is up and running quickly and met all of out requirements. Special thanks to Abby who supported me and helped me it happen. Thanks for what you do!

Great customer service! I received an email asking if I needed any help... well I did, so I emailed them. They came straight back with a bit of CSS I that I needed. I couldn't make work, so I contacted them again and they were able to do it for me! So much time and effort saved. Worth the money knowing that there is an actually human to speak to if I need any more help!

The best service and quick. We send a question and the answer and solution was fast and friendly. This app is a great option for add options and terms to your store. Recommended.

I love this app! It is fairly easy to use, but the customer service is top tier and they always guide me through any issues I may have. Highly recommend this app to give your site and products infinite options!
