Infinite Product Options

I'd give this app 5 stars if it weren't for one hiccup we have...It doesn't connect the option's conditional logic to the product's variants. For example I'd like for my frame colors option to be hidden if the customer chooses unframed art (framed or unframed is a product variant). This obviously confuses some customers. But otherwise this app has given us some functionality we really needed that shopify doesn't normally offer.

This app has been incredibly useful to gain the flexibility we needed to sell our products. The team were really helpful and were able to help us make the changes we needed to achieve the results we were going for. Would gladly recommend this to anyone looking to add different variables to their products.

All the fields have suddenly disappeared. Nothing has been changed and I dont see any information that something happened on their side. Nobody is answering the email. We are already looking for replacement. ________________________________ It took about 3 hours for support to answer. All fixed now. Still lost some money, but thanks for help.

I need some products to be customize with live preview I need some one install the app will with custom builder so it will be easy next time I add a product ,I want my store to be like zazzle,redbubble,esty....etc

I have used the app to capture additional fields that I could not otherwise capture through shopify. It has been very helpful as has the customer service. I am still working through integrating some reporting between this captured data and shopify captured data. If I can do that it will be a home run.

I used this app to help me organize meal options on my website. The conditional logic feature helped organize, and the team made personalized code so it would look more aesthetic on my product page. I only wish I could have more flexibility with choosing how the options showed. But overall, the whole team at infinite options is amazing. They respond quickly, are attentive to your questions and needs, and really do try their best. 5/5 service!

The only thing I wish could be better about this app is the ability to strip/trim the order data coming from the app. Other than that, its the best one for our needs.

Very user friendly. Works well for simple addition of customer text to an item. But would be much more powerful if options entered could drive the Shopify product variant image selected? I still need to do most of my customisation in Shopify to pull the correct image.

I used this app to include customization options on my website. Now Infinite Options let customers include some customized message to their orders. Good app and great support!

I use this app on my product pages to enable customers to add a custom note to their gifts (we are a Gifting Studio). Excellent customer care, Matt kindly helped me with the set up of different elements, it is perfect now ! The app is intuitive but needs a little practice to understand its functioning, especially for the conditional logic. Don't panic, once you get it it's really simple to use.

This app was not for us, however the customer service and professional support was AMAZING. They know their limitations and pointed us in the right direction. I'm sure we will try to use them on another project. Keep up the great customer service

We have had an online store for about 15 years with 3dcart and I was used to their flexible and fairly powerful product options. It was a shock to come to Shopify and find this aspect of products so extremely limited--almost non-existent! Infinite Options helped us achieve very nearly the same kind of product variation that we had at 3dcart (and that we *need* to have). My very favorite thing about Infinite Options is the "conditional logic" you can apply to options. This allowed us to make some definite improvements over what we have had all these previous years. Love it! I will also say a word about the support. I got into several chats with ShopPad support and overall they were very helpful, sometimes awesomely so. THANKS! I think my main frustrations came from thinking things needed to be one certain way. But once I came with workarounds, I realized that the vision I had wasn't necessarily the only or even best way to approach the issues. So, at this point, I don't have any serious complaints. Honestly, it's Shopify that needs to improve and offer more flexible & powerful possibilities to their products.

We use this app to provide a drop list of 75 options for over 1000 products! Saving a lot time and it works great! Would be awesome if the picture(of the linked item) could be displayed within the drop down list. Or adding the ability to use a collection for the drop down list, thus eliminating the need to maintain two list.

I used Infinite options to create custom checkout fields for various products. It's a versatile app that is fairly simple to use. I really liked their customer service.

It offers a lot for being free. The loading time could be improved, but it adds a lot of capabilities I didn't have before I got this app.
