I had some issues with my sets popping up on my actually listings. Emily reached out to me just to check in and I mentioned it to her. Within moments, she had my listings fixed and ready to go. She went above and beyond and even fixed some minor issues that I didn't notice. Great customer service and now my items are loading perfectly!

The Infinite Product Options team are awesome! I recently changed to a paid theme on Shopify and I didn't realize that I also needed to update my apps. I tried to install the code snippet as their instructions indicated. However, my code didn't contain what they told me to look for. So I contact the Infinite Product Options team via their chat, and eventually email. Emily responded to my chat almost instantly and took care of the issue! They were able to install the code snippet and get my website back up and running!

We've all reached a bottleneck in our businesses and can't go to the next stage until it's solved. My problem was more like a bottle cap until I found infinite options. Allowing me to have as many variations as I needed I could bundle all my products together and massively increase my average order value. This wouldn't have been possible without infinite options and I highly recommend using them. I did run into one issue and their support team was incredibly helpful. As a side note, it wasn't even a problem with infinite options it was with another app but they were still helpful in suggesting a resolution

This is a very easy app to use and believe me I've tried a few. This on works great and the support is fantastic. Highly recommend if you need product options.

We are a jewelry store and use it for custom engraving. When we have had an issue recently we have asked for help and their team was on it quickly to resolve and provide us with feedback. I would chose this app again.

Great app, great customer support. We've used Infinite Options for multiple products that have complex options and add-ons. I can be a bit of a dinosaur with technology, and the support team is hyper helpful with all my (infinite) questions. A+

Just beginning with Infinite Options and am super happy. The app looks great, is easy to follow and adds functionality beyond what we can imagine for product options. Had some basic CSS questions and their support (Daniel) had me fixed up in seconds via chat. They have lots of good instructions for figuring most stuff out yourself as well.

The team is very professional and helpful, and they reply very quickly. Great customer service. The Infinite Options app itself is a game-changer. It's really helped out my store, as I need to include a lot of customization that is not natively supported by Shopify. It's really easy and intuitive to use and I would absolutely recommend this app!

We have used this app for 5 years. Upgraded our website and had a problem with the conversion to the new theme. Sent email and within 30 minutes they fixed the problem.. Great Customer Service.
