I am blown away how professional they go about things to help their clients out with every problem they may have. On top of that they're very responsive and friendly. Amazing customer support. They answered so quickly and solved all concerns! (they do directly from the admin page!) I used 3 product options apps before using this app, and finally decided to use this app. It's a perfect app that's stable, doesn't affect page loading speed, and doesn't cause issues. If you find the product option app for Shopify, I highly recommend this app. Also I really appreciate to Jordin Smith for the help.

This app is amazing and surpassed my expectations. I had a question about a swatch size and Ralph and Mandy answered my emails promptly. They were very attentive and helpful. They even helped me with my CSS directly within my website! I'm 200% pleased with this product and the customer service! I highly recommend this App and this company!

We use this app to let customers customize their signage, it works great. By far the best part of this app is the customer service. We had an issue where a former employee deleted this app from our store and took us 2 days to discover, after a quick chat the Infinite options team restored the app and all of the customizations that were lost when the app was deleted. They restored this in just a couple of hours from our first contact. We could not ask for better customer service.

super helpful support, even did a free custom code change to my theme within mere hours, I'm impressed! Options load quickly. All in all a very good deal! Only thing missing is a file uploader included in the package.

It took me forever to find the app that I needed for my store. I am so happy with it. So simple yet it's everything I wanted. Very easy to set up even though I had trouble doing it myself, they were quick to get it installed for me. The feedback I have had from my customers is great. They shop by size, so having it displayed on the homepage makes their experience easier and quicker. If you have a clothing store or something similar, I highly recommend this app. The price is worth user experience and I've had an increase in the time spent on my collection pages and a lower bounce rate because customers can see what's available before clicking on the item, waiting for the page to load, selecting their size, seeing whether its available then if it's not, having to go back, re load the collection page and keep scrolling.

As a beginner, I just need stuff to work. This does. My caveat is that other apps don't necessarily play well with Infinite Options and you are on your own with that.

I used this app to personalise my products and it was exactly what I was looking for. Installation was easy and app itself easy to use as well. It did look a bit daunting at first sight but after one session and messing about found it easy to use. Great support team did extra bits for me and helped with my enquiries. Definitely recommend.

I used this app to help add options to our products by using their bundle options. Their customer service was excellent! Very professional and efficient in response to any technical difficulties. Easy to use to create options for your products. My swatches were not lining up on mobile device, I sent an email and the problem was solved super fast within a few hours! I've used a few different apps and all can come with little theme 'glitches' so having excellent, super fast and friendly support sets these guys apart from the rest! now I can upload my products! recommend!!

Starting with infinite options was a little tricky at first and with the help of their coders they really gave great customer service. They implemented code helped installation and answered every question I had! Great customer service goes a long way! Thank You!
