This app allows me the ability to add all the options I need for a business that is based off custom work. Incredibly user friendly, with step by step instructions and videos. And in the chance that you need help with something, the live chat feature is amazing with super fast customer support! Jordin S with customer support was able to resolve my issue with something I had been stuck with in a quick, efficient manner! Thanks again!

Infinite Options allows us to sell custom products with endless options. On top of it being a great app, the customer support is excellent. I had a question and I was helped very quickly and had my question answered along with recommendations to improve a product option.

I have had this app for a while and have had several other similar apps in the past...this one allows you to organize more simply by putting a tag on the option to align it with the product instead of marking products with the different options ( very time consuming and confusing) if you have a lot of items or tags. I am overhauling my store and really needed this to function well and ABBY AND DANIEL W have really stepped up to help! I'm all set up! Thanks Infinite Options!

Great app for adding customized variants to your products in Shopify! I needed a field for customers to add their personalization requests for customized backpacks and jackets. I had the customers adding the info to the 'Notes' section at checkout, but they kept forgetting. With Infinite Options, I was able to add the personalization field to the individual product page for those specific items. Also, their customer service is outstanding! I purchased a 3rd party Shopify theme and couldn't figure out how to add the necessary code to my theme to complete the Infinite Options install. I emailed customer service and they requested collaborator access then added it to my theme for free in less than 12 hours! I was shocked and so grateful! Would definitely recommend!

Daniel was so helpful with helping me set up monogram options for products on my online store. He also helped me with loading infinite options onto my theme on Shopify. He was very responsive and answered all my questions!
