Fantastic app with great pricing. With Infinite Options I am able to add custom sections to my products. For example, I sell handmade dog apparel so I can ask a client to provide their pup's measurements and weight. I can also ask them if they want a harness opening and also add an additional add-on price. Other options available too like color swatches. I needed some adjustments made and Emily from their customer service was great! She took care of my style preference within a day. Thanks EMILY!! Today 8/23/23 I worked with Jordin S. He assisted with changing the look of my color swatches and adding the titles to each swatch when hovered over. He was prompt, efficient, polite and got the job done! So far everyone from this company is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things. Thanks Jordin S.!!

Customer service is outstanding. I spent an entire day on chat with Annette and she was patient, efficient, and pretty funny (at the appropriate times). I had a big project to accomplish and we made it happen together. I couldn't have done it without her. Also, the app works very well lol!

Every product on my shop has a variant or multiple variants. This app is by far the most compatible and affordable option and consistently works for my brand. When I hit a hiccup there customer service is impeccable!

This app worked great with my prior sub 2.0 theme. It stopped working after I upgraded to a 2.0 theme. Once I contacted support, they had it fixed within an hour. Super service!

We installed Infinite Options earlier this week and have since reached out to them about 4-5 times as we've needed support. Each time we were easily able to chat with someone and receive quick answers to our questions. The team has been super responsive and has offered to add in css coding to style the app to the look and feel of our website to make it 100% useful to us. So far we've added in text, drop down, date, and swatch capabilities and we could not be happier with the service provided.
