Very Bad customer service which leaves you struggle and answers after hours - very frustrating experience: I had to set up the app by myself before figuring out that it doesn't support the most important and basic option which is matching the variants with the prices in Shopify. They say they can customize the options once you set them for 20$ but when you ask them they don't

The App used to work very well, now there's a BUG, I can't create any new product sets, and there's no live support, it has been like that for 2 days, VERY DISSAPOINTED! if you release a product make a proper QA.

I tried to use this app to add product options to my page. this app wouldn't load into my site because of their own issues. By the time they fixed it my free trial time was ticking away. When I was able to load it, they wouldn't restart my trial time to the date the app was actually usable. The app was difficult to navigate and I was unable to achieve the goal I wanted. They do not offer phone support to help with complicated questions.

All the fields have suddenly disappeared. Please support and inform us. Customers don't complete their order without this custom fields. That crash cost me lots of money!

• DO NOT INSTALL • I spent 2 days writing all the complicated conditions for this app. Shouldn't have bothered. What they don't tell you before you do all this work is this; When a user selects the amount of your product he wants, let's say 4, then he selects an option specified in this apps conditions, it automatically adds 4 of those also. So if a user buys 4 of the main product he has to buy 4 of whatever add on he selects through this app. AND THERE IS NO WAY AROUND IT!!!! So, I contacted support and wait for this....this is their response.... "I understand that this is a frustrating situation, especially after working on these options for so long, but there's not much we can do in this immediate moment or even communicate this specific issue to users. As mentioned, I'll be sure to let our team know about this and see if we can get it added for a future update." Hang on, did I just hear that right? "...there's not much we can do in this immediate moment or even communicate this specific issue to users." So, the app is broken and they claim there is no way to tell users that it is broken before they install and spend days configuring it! So, I told the support person I would screenshot that response and use it in this review. Here was his response; "I don't think you can add screenshots to reviews' So a broken app and a flippant support team. DONT INSTALL

I cannot for the life of me get this app to work. When I install it, I get a blank page. I've tried multiple browsers. I want to pay for this but I there is no point.

Installation impossible. I tried to follow the installation instructions however they did not find the string of text or file as described. I'm not willing to pay for installation of a "FREE" to use app nor am I willing to have the publisher install it for me because I won't be able to remove it myself. No thanks!

Our Expert Install Service is offered as a service for those that don't want to touch code, but is not the only option to install the app. We do our best to offer videos, step by step tutorials, and documentation on how to add the one line of code to your theme. However, all themes are different so we know that it can be frustrating when your theme doesn't match the example. OK......After some time spent discussing my issues with tech support regarding the App and discussing my problems that I was having AND getting awesome feedback from Annette AND getting additional information that I needed AND realizing my lack of knowledge...go figure....and with the complete and continued followup by Annette......I would give the TEAM "Annette" an absolute A++++++ and of course I would highly recommend this App for your store!!!!

Dishonest company, sending out false emails to fill out the survey in exchange for one of their free apps for a year. They fail to mention you actually get entered into a competition which they did not state in original email

Only usable for developers and code junkies. Tried for hours, nothing worked. If you don't have profound programming experience don't vast your time with this app. Can't recommend.
