Used this app for way too long unfortunately and overpaid for its VERY basic features that don't even work properly often times. There's no live chat support and the limited support you get via email is very uncooperative. If something is not working, they'll just say that's the way it is and that nothing can be done about it. I have emailed them several times about simple requests (that other apps have done for me today in one day) but they just don't care enough to give adequate answers or resolve any problems. What made me decide that I'm done with this app is their representative Jordin who rudely asked me to disable their app even though there are other workarounds to the presented problem and a much better way to relay this message. But it was evident that he just couldn't care less so he game me a lazy and rude response. Deleted and I wish I had never paid a penny for this mediocre app.

The app is working as described. Unfortunately there is no support for multilingual sites with the official translation app of Shopify "Translate & Adapt".

We have a unique way of using Shopify and options are a must for us. I hadn't looked into Shopify sooner (we've been online for over 20 years) because I felt they could not make a form for our customers to use during the ordering process. Once I found Infinite Options, we moved our entire system over to Shopify and it has worked beautifully. We do custom, so options are very important. Great support! Emily was so helpful and communicative. She was able to add in some custom coding and offer workarounds for some of the issues I was having for my particular situation. Using this app has completely eliminated the need for a separate gift tag on my site that was causing confusion for customers wanting to send items as a gift. It even allows me to add a rush fee for customers needing same-day custom gifting, which has been a life-saver! I highly recommend using this app!

A must have for stores that have products that specialize in adding custom options. Our online store adds personalization to products and Infinite Options exceeded my expectations. The help documentation is also well maintained and easy to follow. Thanks ShopPad, you all did a great job with this App, well worth the monthly cost.

I am new to Infinite options and I am very impressed with this app and how easy the setup was having a 2.0 theme. I needed a couple of minor customizations to fit my website scheme and customer service was there to assist immediately. Their service was impeccable and quickly fixed my issue. I highly recommend this app and look forward to utilizing the multitude of options it has to offer to enhance my site.

I mostly use the app for product page add on/bundles. This app is great and meets my needs. I reached out to support for help with styling and they quickly made the app blend in seamlessly with my theme. I would recommend this app to anyone!

Amazing support! We upgraded to a 2.0 theme and the format of the swatch options was a bit off. I submitted a support request, and within a few minutes, our options were displaying exactly as I had hoped. We've used this app for years and it works perfectly for us. Thanks!

So far, we have had a good experience with Infinite Options. I've recently needed to make some changes to how some things were displayed to customers in their cart, and when I reached out to support I got a really quick response and a quick solution, which I really appreciate. As far as the app goes, it allows us to customize products and we haven't experienced much, if any issues at this time!

Great App for a fair price. The app is working excellently!!! Customer service is super fast and very helpful. I used the Bold Options app for a couple of months, which was the opposite: extremely expensive and with weak customer service. I highly recommend the Infinite app.
