I literally can not rate this app and the support highly enough! Whenever I get stuck on something or need a slight 'tweek' there is always someone to guide me through. I'm a bit of a 'techno spaz' and coding scares me, but if I even need to use it, the instructions are always very clear! Definitely recommend it, it makes it so much easier to take orders as I have lots of different options on my personalised products.

easy to use. works perfectly for our custom options. inspires us to find new ways to utilize for a better customer/user experience. personally have appreciated the support I've received from the company when needed. easy option to pay a small fee and allow someone more qualified to do the important stuff. very responsive with chat requests. highly recommend this app and this company

I’m a fan! Using this gem of an app has helped me customize products for my specific needs, saves me from needing to email and ask customers for customizations. Also, i made an update on my store and was contacted by customer support letting me know that this app also needed updating with my new change. Awesome service. I didn’t have time to do that myself and Abby helped me get things set up easy peasy. Thank you!

I used this app to create option sets with conditional rules for my t-shirt company. I was having trouble finding a user-friendly and understandable app that would allow me to limit the quantity of designs without also limiting the styles, sizes, and colors to the same quantity. Infinite Options is easy to use and understand, and their support is phenomenal!

This is the BEST product options app BY FAR. Cheaper than the rest, more responsive (and effective) customer support, and easy to customise. If you need customisation help, they will do it perfectly for just $20 (customising other option apps requires hiring a developer that charge hundreds). I love these guys, and their app. Please download this app if you’re looking for infinite product options!!

We did our research before choosing an app for one particular product of ours. We didn't want to spend time and money on something that didn't work for us. We found Infinite Options and it did not disappoint! While it may look confusing to set up without following their step by step instructions, once I read everything thoroughly, it was the easiest thing to set up and it truly has infinite options (HA!) Even inputting the line of code into the site was easy which was a big plus for us. Once we ran into an issue with sizing on swatches with our current theme, the team (we directly spoke with Jordin, Mandy and Matt) was easy to contact, quick to respond and excellent in problem solving. They honestly are the quickest company to respond to any email or chat and they were so kind and thorough in their findings and help. The only things we wished this app had is a live preview as the customer selects an option and/or enlarging of the image once selected. Other than that, for the price and customer service, this app is great for us! Thank you so much for making this process easy and fun! We look forward to future updates and utilizing the app even more.
