Wanted to tweak the position of the infinite options add ons and the staff were prompt to cater to my requests and went above and beyond, altering the spacing as well so that the overall website was more aesthetically pleasing.

There are a lot of apps out there that do a similar function. But I can guarantee that no other support team will help you setup and make sure your configuration is running as it needs to better than the ShopPad team. They are experts with their product, and they will work hard with you until you are satisfied with how the app is setup. Particularly I want to s/o Annette, Mandy, Noah, and Anh for working with our team. Very grateful for them and I highly recommend their products.

I've just started using the app and I'm thrilled! It's allowing me to offer customers options I've long wanted to offer but didn't know how. I had a few installation questions, and was very pleased with how promptly customer service responded to my questions. Apparently, my Shopify theme makes installation a little tricker, and my rep Abby went above and beyond to help me with the install. So far, I'm very happy with my decision to add Infinite Options to my shop.

This app is a necessity! I needed to add a box for my customers to check yes for an option. I am far from technical and Mindy H stayed on the chat line with me and walked me through it in seconds!

I use this app on two of our websites and it works great! We have had great success with using the bundle add-on product feature. The small fee for the expert install is definitely worth it because they will customize the dropdown to fit your website styling. Support is very responsive and helpful!

I usually only take the time to leave a review if I'm exceptionally satisfied. Which I am with the service provided by Infinite Options!! The app was pretty easy to figure out and implement, however I needed some custom help. I paid the $20 and the next day they did exactly what I asked. Couldn't have been easier!!

I can't fault this app or the support team. I set it up myself and have limited skills. It was easy and has changed my business. The support team are incredible and answered me almost immediately. Highly recommend.

App Ottima in tutto e per tutto. La uso per la personalizzazione degli articoli nel mio shop ed è versatile a 360°, si adatta a qualsiasi richiesta. Supporto eccezionale, ho per errore disinstallato l'app e quando l'ho re installata ho spiegato loro l'errore ed è stata ripristinata in pochi minuti senza dover ripetere tutte le opzioni da capo, salvandomi un grosso lavoro per un piccolo errore. GRAZIE, CONTINUATE COSI', FORMIDABILI!!!

I added this app to my store and it was easy for me to set up by myself. It handled the over 100 variant problem that shopify limits shop owners as well. The app itself is easy to use. I even requested help with some CSS styling and Jordin and the team were there quick to help with a quick solution. I couldnt be happier. If I could give 6 stars I would!
