Infinite Product Options

It's handling several things I needed to move forward with my online sales. I'm not a sophisticated website creator, so it's a little more difficult than some of the Shopify click and type stuff.

The app itself is very confusing in all its layers... but customer service was helpful.

This app has been very helpful to meet my needs of "add-on" items for my product listings. Great customer service!

Great way to add variants to my products. pricing is very competative as compared. here are the things that would enhance this product; 1. an Add on PRICE simply, not connected to a product...like Globo 2. a way to "activate" or 'Deactivate" an option set...or have it as a draft...rather than immediately publishing, or have to delete an element. this is why I usually create a test product to add the option set to first. 3.an Image or file upload feature 4. a little easier or friendlier interface. again Globo is much easier and user friendly here. The key feature why I DID NOT switch to globo....this app allows me to grab products based on type, vender, tag, etc...a number of ways to select specific or many products...where as this feature is only available with Globo's $20+ plan! And Variant Options app is a whopping $24 is you wish to have price add ons. so, for now I will continue to use this app as it serves my purposes. the conditional logic and selection rules is what keeps me here for the great price. admittedly I am experiencing technical issues with some new option sets ive created not showing up....but after the weekend im sure ill find help with their tech team

With a few hiccups along the way, I am now happy with this app. Rated 4 stars as I was told it could be 'custom coded' to include a font preview box and after spends many hours installing the app and converting my entire site over I was told actually that's not correct and font preview would only be achieved by purchasing another app. I don't have the time to convert to another app and hope that one day these guys will include a font preview option but I'm happy for now. Customer service is MUCH more responsive than the previous personalisation app I had and they have fixed a number of issues for me when I was simply enquiring about how to fix them so I appreciate this proactiveness immensely as it has saved me a lot of time. I also love that this app doesn't interfere with other apps (eg: JudgeMe) like my previous personalisation app did and it integrated really well with my theme. I definitely recommend this app if you want personalisation options, good customer service and an affordable app. Fingers crossed font preview is in their plans!

I would recommend the app because of the add on feature. I would have appreciated a video that started with grouping in Shopify products. Still figuring it out put will keep it for now.

I only use this app for 2 of my products as shopify doesn't provide enough options. Works well, my one niggle is that it can take a few moments to load the options on the page which doesn't make for a completely a seamless experience. Overall easy to use, set up and their customer service is great.

I used this app to help me create more variant for my product. Customer service is excellent. I reached out to them a lot to get started and I was amazed by the efficiency of their support team. I gave a 4 stars because the app si well developed but still misses some options in order to meet my needs such as the possibility to associate different prices and images to the options sets. Otherwise it's a really good app!!!

Works well with good options. I could not get it all done without customer service stepping in and adding code themselves. They did that promptly however.

It takes a little getting used to when you want to set up some of the options but it works great and their customer support is fast and efficient.

Brilliant app that allows you to add literally infinite number of options to your listings. However; one point it falls down on for me and where it loses a star rating is that it doesn't allow you to set varying prices or SKUs for all of the different options in an option set. If this feature could be added, it would be absolutely perfect.

Although the app did not have the specific features I required for my shop, it was well built and the customer service was quick and very helpful.

The App works well, but the technical support was kinda iffy!! I had an issue in the beginning because their documentation was NOT up to date. Some things I looked at where different than the actual software was showing. Tech support never really did understand I guess what I was trying to ask their help for, but Shopify tech support saved their ass!! I got it working just fine with Shopify's tech support, but Infinite Options tech support is questionable. I recommend the product because it does work, but if you need tech support on it, go with Shopify!

We have been using this app for a month or so now and it's working great for our personalized products. The only reason for the 4 stars is it loads a little slow on the product page. Other than that, the app truly does work great and it is very easy to implement!

I like that your team is quick to respond and help. However the things that your team solve are not to what I really want. Now there is a new issue: The delivery date, message card and special remark are not showing in the customer order.

This was the only app we found that would put the customization information in the Order, the customer's Order Acknowledgement email, and the Fulfillment Request email to drop-shippers. The set up service was well worth the $20 as well. It would be nice if there was an option to limit options to a single variant of a product, but ShopPad's technical support was good and showed me a decent work-around.

We're really liking this app so far but the setup was a challenge. We had to contact support several times. Luckily, support is excellent and responsive. Another thing, the app's dropdown menus do not change the price on the product page. We have an art store, where we use the app to allow customers to add a frame to the art and when they select a frame style, the price does not change to reflect the accurate price of the frame with the art. The workaround we used was to make the frame Label Product title the add-on price so the additional price is somewhere on the product page. Not ideal but fine for now. If the app could include this feature, I would change to 5 stars. Overall, good value and we'll be keeping the app.
