I use this app for custom gift input items like name, gift message etc as well as upgrade options. I've had it for about 3 years now and had no issues. It's really flexible and can cover every scenario I've needed. It's also super reliable and easy to use. Highly recommend it.

We used this app to add personalisation options to products as well as add on products. Support from the developer was fast and friendly, even while still on our free trial. Will definitely continue to use this app.

Such outstanding customer support! Annette, Mandy and Anh were super helpful, really nice and did a great job! I highly recommend checking this app out, even if you think it does not "fit" in your theme, this team can fix it and make it look incredibly nice! 10/10 would recommend :)

I searched high and low for an app that could have multiple drop down menus to add products to a main product. And this works exactly as I wanted. Had a small issue pasting the code in my theme. Not the apps issue, my themes issue. The ShopPad team were excellent it getting it up and running. And to have it done promptly from a time zone with about a 12 hour difference was outstanding.

Wow! This app did everything I could have imagined and so easily and seamlessly! Support was super fast at answering questions (within 24 hours) and helped install the app. I'm able to add a lot of different upgrades along with space customer's to enter their engraving details. And it looks fantastic as well. So incredibly happy with this app.

If you sell jewelry, this app is a must! Especially for rings, and if you sell variations. I used it to overcome having to make a new variable for every finger size. As long as the price is the same, it will be a huge time saver! I also needed a bit of tweaking on the CSS code, and the service was fantastic. You may see it installed on www.storyandhearts.com. Used this app since I launched my site 10 months ago. Easy install from what I remember. Had no problems with it. Just asked them to move the positioning of a text box I created with them on my product page and they did it within 24hours (baring in mind there is a big time zone difference I am in the UK). Great service, couldn’t be more helpful. Very responsive. Couldn’t recommend more!

Very easy to use app. So versatile and useful to custom any products in just a few click. BUT the best is the customer service! So reactive and helpful. When others would let you down, they don’t! It is definitely worth a try...

I’m not computer savvy at all! Mandy at customer service was so helpful that I was able to do it. I love the app it makes it so easy for my customers to buy custom orders!
